Pairing
- Fully charge the earbuds before first use.
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case, the earbud indication light will flash red and blue.
- Search for “DW-TWS350B” from the Bluetooth menu of your mobile device.
- Once paired, the earbuds will connect to your paired device automatically when removed from the charging case.

- The indicator light will flash red when the battery is low.
- To charge the earbuds, insert them into the charging case. Make sure to place the correct earbud in the corresponding dock.
- Close the charging case cover to charge the earbuds. It takes around 1.5 hrs to fully charge the earbuds.
- To charge the charging case, use the cable provided to connect it to a power source.
- The battery indicator will show the progress during charge, and all indicators will turn solid blue once fully charged.

For first-time use, place the earbuds in the charging case, open it, and search for “Dartpods+” in your device’s Bluetooth menu. Once paired, the earbuds will connect automatically whenever the case is opened.

Yes. Basic functions like play, pause, skip tracks, and answer calls can be controlled directly from the earbuds. The app mainly provides extra features such as EQ settings and firmware updates.
How do I reset my Dartwood earbuds?
Press and hold the power buttons on both earbuds for 5–10 seconds until the LED lights flash. This resets Bluetooth settings and resolves minor connectivity issues.
What should I do if only one earbud is working?
