This Quick Start Guide is designed for first-time use. For safety and more information, refer to your USER MANUAL.
Before first use
- Fill the kettle with water to the maximum water scale level lines.

- Place the kettle stably on the power base and close the lid.

- Turn the knob to adjust the preset temperature to 212°F/100°C.

- Click the START button to turn on the kettle.

- Discard initially boiled water; this water should not be consumed.

- Your pour-over kettle is ready for use.

- Once the desired temperature is reached, the machine will beep.

- Happy brewing!

Button Description
Start/Cancel
In standby mode, tap the [
] button to enter function selection. Tap the Start/Cancel button to start heating. When heating, the button lights up orange.
Hold/Mute
After heating water to the desired temperature, click the
button to maintain the current water temperature for up to one hour. Long-press to mute the device.
Knob
Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the temperature. Rotate it counterclockwise to decrease the temperature.
°C/°F
Tap °C/°F to shift the temperature between degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Timer
After your water is heated, Stopwatch can time your brew for the perfect cup of coffee.
TIPS FOR USERS
- Clean the kettle by boiling it three times before first use.
- It is recommended to descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it frequently.
- Always descale the kettle after long periods of storage and before storage.
- For safety reasons, do not surpass the water level line.

Q: Why does my kettle have white or brown spots?
A: When boiling water, minerals like calcium and magnesium ions can settle at the bottom of the kettle, creating limescale. The water quality in different regions can lead to limescale of various colours, which may include white, yellow, and brown.
Q: How can I keep my kettle clean?
A: It is recommended that you descale your kettle at least once a week to remove mineral deposits from the water.
Q: What is the scientific way to remove limescale from the kettle?
A: Follow these steps to remove limescale from your kettle:
- Step 1: Pour a mixture of 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water (1:2 ratio) into the kettle.
- Step 2: Bring the mixture to a boil and let it soak in the kettle for 2 hours.
- Step 3: Pour out the mixture and wipe off the limescale with a cloth.
- Step 4: Rinse the kettle with clean water and wipe it dry.

Q: Why is the display showing “—“?
A: If the kettle is not placed properly or is lifted during operation, the display will show “—“. Please put the kettle back in place, and the display will reset.
Q: What does “ADD” mean on the display?
A: When the kettle runs out of water, the display will show “ADD”. Simply lift the kettle, add water, and put it back on the base. Then, press the START/CANCEL button briefly to release the “ADD” display.
Q: Why is the display showing E*(0/1/2/3/4)?
A: If the circuit is faulty, please contact the official customer service for assistance.
