1. Power/Tare Button: Press to power on, Quick press to tare, Long-press to power off
2. Timer Button: Quick press to start/pause timing, Long-press for 1 second to reset the timer, Long-press for 5 seconds to turn on/off the beep, Quickly press 5 times, the cycle Sequence will be Regular Mode. Pour-over Mode and Espresso Mode
3. Timing: To record time (Max. 59min 59s)
4. Flow rate: To show flow rate (Max. 99.9g/s)
5. Weight: Shows weight up to 2kg
6. Battery indicator: Indicates the current power  (Please charge in time when the power is low)
7. Sound indicator: Indicates the sound prompt is on
8. Auto timing mode indicator: Indicates Auto timing mode is currently on
9. Unit indicator: Default unit is gram. (no indicator) Switch the unit between gram and ounce, quickly press the  Power button 6 times after it’s zeroed.

Regular Mode

The steps are for your reference only.

1. Put a brewer on the scale and saturate the paper filter. Turn it on and quickly press to tare.
2. Put ground coffee with the desired weight into the filter. Quickly press the Tare button again.
3. Try again and quick-press the timer button. Now start to brew. The timer can help you control the timing of the bloom and pour.
4. When brewing finishes, quickly press the timer button to pause timing, and the weighing panel will display your brewing data.

Pour-over Mode

The Default cycle Sequence will be Regular Mode, Pour-over Mode, and Espresso Mode.

1. Quickly press the timer button 5 times until an audible beep and the Pour-over Auto Timing Mode indicator lights up.
2. Place a brewer on the panel and add ground coffee. Then quickly press the timer and wait for a 3-second countdown.
3. After the countdown is over, the weight value will auto-tare, and you can start brewing. Timing starts as soon as the weight begins to change (the record is valid when more than 40 seconds and more than 50g is recorded)
4. If the brewer is removed, the timer will stop, and the brewing time will flash. At this time, if you put the brewer back and quickly press the timer button, it will continue weighing and timing. Then you can quickly press the timer button again to end recording. Long-press the timer to enter standby mode.

Espresso Mode

The Default cycle Sequence will be Regular Mode, Pour-over Mode, and Espresso Mode.

1. Quickly press the timer button 5 times to start Espresso Mode. The timer zone will display ESP.
2. The Auto-brewing mode indicator A will flash slowly in 1 second.
3. When you put a cup on the platform, it will tear automatically. When the scale detects coffee droplets landing in the cup, timing will start automatically.
4. When brewing is over, and the cup is removed, timing and weighing both stop automatically, and the recorded values will flash. The values will then automatically clear and return to the initial state of displaying ESP and 0.0.

Note

1. Adaptors with fast charging functions are prohibited. Adaptors of 5v, 1A-2A are recommended for charging.
2. Place the scale on a stable and vibration-free surface at a horizontal location.
3. Do not use during charging.
4. If the device hasn’t been used for too long, the battery may not get charged due to low power. Kindly charge it to a USB port on your computer with a low-current charging method. When it gets aroused, then charge it normally with an adaptor.
5. When the timer function is off, the scale will automatically shut down after idling for 3 mins. When the timer function is on, the scale will automatically shut down after idling for 15 mins.
6. The surface of the scale is waterproof. But DO NOT make liquid enter the gap between the shells and the charging port. Please do not soak it in water.
7. DO NOT attempt to open the unit to fix or repair it.
8. This product is covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty. Attempts to take apart the unit will void the warranty
9. It is an accessory for coffee brewing. DO NOT use it for trade settlement and other occasions.
