INSTRUTIONS

- Take the carbonating lever out of the box and tighten it clockwise as shown in the picture.

- Take the water tray cover out of the box and put it down as shown in the picture.

- Turn the cover counterclockwise and lift it off. Align the cylinder head with the machine head and tighten it securely.

- Pl ac e th e co ver with the cylinder into the body and tighten it clockwise.

- Fill the bottle with drinking water up to the fill line, then tighten the body cap (make sure the positioning line on the body cap aligns with the lock mark). Insert the bottle neck into the snap-lock system. Push it upwards and then back into the machine. (Note: The bottle is inserted correctly when there’s a gap between the bottle and the base.

- Firmly push the lever all the way down, hold for 1 second, and release. Repeat this step 3-5 times until you hear the sound of excess CO2 being released.

- After carbonating, pull the bottle out and then continue pulling the water bottle towards you.
(Note: When removing the bottle, hold the bottle, not the connector, to prevent it from falling).
- Hold the bottle vertically and shake it up and down 3-5 times until the mist inside disappears.

- Slowly twist the bottle cap so that the positioning line faces the exhaust position. Control the release of gas gradually, from small to large, to prevent overflow. Continue until the gas is completely released.

- Open the bottle, and your sparkling water is ready!
(Note: Do not leave the bottle inserted in the connector when not in use, as prolonged compression of the snap-lock system may affect its service life.
Remark:
When making sparkling water, flavors can be added in advance for operation. After use, the bottle cap must be removed and soaked immediately. After soaking, take it out and spin dry to avoid condensation of sugar impurities from the flavors, which could cause pipe blockage and pose a danger due to corrosion of plastic parts. Do not use flavors with solid particles, high viscosity, or strong corrosiveness. Liquids with high viscosity will produce a large amount of foam when the gas impacts, and the sparkling water in the bottle will be released when the pressure is released. The gas will erupt and overflow. There is no need to push the carbonating lever further once you hear the automatic pressure release sound. If the automatic pressure relief and exhaust sounds are not heard, it means that the air pressure in the cylinder is insufficient, and the cylinder needs to be replaced.
Matters Needing Attention
Note: Cold water carbonates better.
Warning: Do not carbonate an empty bottle.
If the temperature of the cylinder is cooler than room temperature, let it slowly return to room temperature. Do not put it in the refrigerator.
If the cylinder is frozen, avoid touching it as there is a risk of frostbite.

Ciarra Fizzify Soda Maker-FAQs
How do I use the Ciarra Fizzify Soda Maker to make sparkling water?
To carbonate drinks, fill the provided BPA-free bottle with cold water (chilled water holds CO₂ better). Push the bottle into the quick-lock system until it clicks. Press the carbonation button 2–3 times to start fizzing, and more times if you want stronger bubbles. It’s manual, so no electricity or batteries are needed.
Do I need power or batteries to operate the Ciarra Fizzify?
No. The Fizzify is completely manual and does not require electricity, plugs, or batteries. It uses pressurized CO₂ from a gas cylinder, making it ideal for home kitchens, picnics, or outdoor use.
What kind of CO₂ gas cylinder does the Fizzify use?
The Soda Maker doesn’t include a CO₂ bottle, so you must purchase one separately. It’s compatible with standard threaded CO₂ cylinders (e.g., 60L canisters from soda brands other than proprietary quick-connect types). Always follow safety guidelines when installing the cylinder.
Can the Fizzify carbonate juices, cocktails, or other liquids?
Some users enjoy carbonating juices, cocktails, and mixed beverages with the Fizzify for creative drinks — though always check your model’s manual first to confirm compatibility and safety. Adding fruit or flavours through the wide-mouth bottle can enhance the experience.
Is there a warranty or support for the Ciarra Fizzify Soda Maker?
Most units come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from Ciarra. If you encounter defects or issues due to manufacturing (not mishandling), contact customer support for assistance or warranty claims.
How long does a CO₂ cylinder last with this soda maker?
Standard 60L CO₂ cylinders typically carbonate roughly 60 liters of water, though the exact amount can vary based on how much you press for fizz and the carbonation level you choose.
What should I do if my Fizzify isn’t carbonating properly?
Ensure the CO₂ cylinder is fully installed and not empty. Check that the bottle is securely locked and filled to the proper level with cold water. If fizzing is weak, it might be due to low gas or poor sealing — tighten components and try again. Regular maintenance also helps consistent carbonation.
Is the Fizzify Soda Maker environmentally friendly?
Yes — by using reusable bottles and eliminating single-use plastic sparkling water bottles, the Fizzify helps reduce plastic waste and cuts down on the carbon footprint tied to bottled drinks. It’s manual, so no energy consumption during operation.
