HOW TO DISASSEMBLE FOR CLEANING

Carefully unpack all parts of the juicer, including those in the packaging. Before the juicer is used for the first time, it must be fully cleaned.
- Remove all parts of the lid by opening the lid lock. Once open, detach the lid from the main unit by pulling away gently. Slide the lid away one side at a time.

- Separate the top lid by pushing the top lid down whilst holding the lower lid.

- Remove the juicing cone, filter plate, and juicing bowl by lifting. Wash all parts with warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher at 40 degrees. Utilise only natural cleaning agents for the machine; avoid highly abrasive cleaners.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
For a YouTube video showing an overview of how to use the f800, scan this QR code. Alternatively, head to https://www.youtube.com/c/Fridja to see all our YouTube videos.
- Position the juicing bowl by inserting it vertically downward into the top of the main body. Ensure that the juice outlet of the bowl faces forward. The grooves will guide you to the correct position.

- To install the filter plate, align the three anti-rotation grooves of the filter plate with the three protruding ribs of the juice bowl. Then lower vertically into the juice bowl.

- Add the juicing cone and all parts of the assembled lid to the main unit. Now you are ready to juice!

HOW TO OPERATE
- Open the lid by lifting the lid lock. Slice the citrus fruit horizontally into halves. Position one half upside down onto the centre post of the juicing cone. Apply gentle pressure to secure the fruit onto the juicing cone.

- Securely close the cover, ensuring it is locked to prevent any accidental opening during juicing. Position a cup beneath the juice outlet. Close the silicone anti-drip cover for the juice outlet to prevent juice from flowing out directly.

- Activate the power switch. The power switch only requires activation initially.

- Press the start button. The juice cone will ascend automatically and pause briefly at the top before descending. Once the motor stops, the juicing process is complete. Pressing the start button twice consecutively initiates two consecutive juicing cycles. Note: An indicator light within the start button flashes green during juicing, remains green until completion, and turns red if any abnormalities occur during the process.

- To replace the fruits, unlock the cover by pulling the lock, remove the juiced fruits, and then replace them with fresh ones. Repeat this process until you have juiced all the citrus you desire.

- Retrieve the juice by opening the silicone anti-drip cover to allow juice to flow out. Ensure the juicer is positioned on a level surface while in use. Check that the outlet is unobstructed and the cup is positioned on the coaster before starting the juicing process. If the motor component is not reset, the machine will automatically reset upon powering on.

CLEANING AND CARE
Clean all detachable parts with hot water and a mild detergent immediately after use. Only use a dishwasher at low temperatures. Never put the main body of the juicer in the dishwasher. We do not advise using a dishwasher above 40 degrees. This juicer has been designed to be used for years. High heat from a dishwasher will warp plastic parts and shorten the life of this appliance. Please wash at a low temperature or hand-wash this juicer.
TROUBLESHOOTING

PLUG SAFETY
The appliance is fitted with a 13 amp plug. In the event of having to change the fuse in the plug supplied, a 13 amp ASTA-approved (BS 1363) fuse must be used. Should the plug need to be replaced for any reason, proceed as described below. The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: The wire coloured green and yellow must be connected to the terminal marked with the letter “E” or by the Earth symbol, or coloured green and yellow. Under no circumstances should either the Neutral or Live be connected to the earth terminal.
The wire coloured blue or black must be connected to the terminal “N”. Under no circumstances should either the Earth or Live be connected to the Neutral terminal. Under no circumstances should either the Earth or Neutral be connected to the Live terminal. Upon completion, there must be no cut or stray strands of wire present, and the cord clamp must be secure over the outer sheath. If in doubt, please contact a qualified engineer for advice.
If your appliance is supplied with a non-rewireable plug fitted to the mains lead, and should the fuse need replacing, you must use an ASTA-approved one (conforming to BS1362) of the same rating. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician. If you need to remove the plug, DISCONNECT IT FROM THE MAINS and then cut off the mains lead and immediately dispose of it safely. Never attempt to reuse the plug or insert it in a socket outlet, as there is a danger of an electric shock.

Fridja f800 Automatic Citrus Juicer-FAQ
What is the Fridja f800 Automatic Citrus Juicer?
The Fridja f800 Automatic Citrus Juicer is a dedicated appliance designed to extract juice from citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits with minimal effort. It operates automatically once fruit is placed on the reamer, reducing manual effort. Its purpose-built design focuses on maximizing juice yield while keeping operation simple and suitable for everyday home use.
How does the Fridja f800 work?
The f800 works by placing a halved citrus fruit onto a rotating reamer that automatically spins when pressure is applied. This rotation extracts juice efficiently while filtering out seeds and larger pulp. Its automated operation means users don’t need to twist fruit manually. The design makes it ideal for daily juicing, breakfasts, and fresh citrus drinks with minimal preparation.
Which fruits can the Fridja f800 juice?
The Fridja f800 is specifically optimized for citrus fruits, including oranges, lemons, limes, mandarins, and grapefruits. Its juicing mechanism is tailored to the softer, fibrous structure of citrus. While it excels with these fruits, it is not suitable for hard fruits or vegetables. For other produce, a general cold-press or centrifugal juicer would be more appropriate.
Is the Fridja f800 easy to clean?
Yes, the Fridja f800 is designed with ease of cleaning in mind. Typically, removable parts such as the juicing cone and juice container can be rinsed or washed after use. Some components may even be dishwasher-safe, simplifying maintenance. Quick cleaning after juicing helps prevent buildup of pulp and prolongs the appliance’s usable life.
Does the Fridja f800 produce pulp-free juice?
The Fridja f800 filters out larger bits of pulp and seeds, producing smoother citrus juice compared to manual juicing. While it may not be absolutely pulp-free, its strainer design reduces unwanted solids and delivers a clean pour. Users who prefer more or less pulp can adjust pressure or select fruit varieties with differing textures.
How much juice can the Fridja f800 make at once?
The Fridja f800 is designed for small to medium household batches of citrus juice. Its juice reservoir typically holds enough for a few servings, making it suitable for morning routines or small gatherings. It is not made for industrial-scale juicing but meets the needs of daily family use without frequent emptying.
Is the Fridja f800 worth it compared to manual citrus juicers?
For many users, the f800 offers a worthwhile convenience compared to manual juicers. Its automatic operation reduces effort and speeds up juicing. Unlike manual reamers, it provides consistent pressure and better extraction without fatigue. For those who frequently enjoy fresh citrus juice, the ease and efficiency often justify the investment.
What kind of maintenance does the Fridja f800 require?
Maintenance involves regular cleaning of the removable juicing cone, strainer, and juice container. It’s important to wipe down the base unit to prevent sticky buildup and ensure the motor runs smoothly. Occasional deep cleaning helps preserve performance. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when washing parts to avoid damage.
Can the Fridja f800 handle large grapefruits?
While the f800 can juice larger citrus like grapefruit, users should ensure the fruit is appropriately halved and positioned on the reamer. The automatic mechanism is optimized for standard citrus sizes. Very large or irregular fruit may require a bit more attention to ensure proper contact and efficient juice extraction.
Where are Fridja products designed and manufactured?
Fridja products are designed in London, United Kingdom, with manufacturing taking place both in China and the UK. The brand emphasizes combining functional design with quality components. This approach allows Fridja to produce a range of kitchen appliances, including citrus juicers like the f800, that balance performance with contemporary aesthetics.
