- DO NOT operate the sandwich toaster if the cord or plug is damaged or if the appliance is in an abnormal condition. If the mains cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the Authorised Service Centre.
- DO NOT use any accessories that are not recommended by the Brand, as this may result in fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
- DO NOT let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch any hot surface.
- To disconnect, remove the plug from the wall outlet by holding the plug — never pull the cord.
- Use the appliance only for its intended purpose, and always place it in a dry area.
- DO NOT leave the sandwich toaster unattended while it is in operation.
- DO NOT touch any hot surfaces (e.g., Non-Stick Baking Plates & Top stainless steel Part). Use the handle only.
- ALWAYS place the appliance on a stable, flat surface while operating.
- Unauthorized dismantling or servicing will void the product warranty.
- DO NOT insert oversized food items, metal foil, wraps, or utensils into the sandwich toaster, as this may cause fire or electric shock.
- DO NOT attempt to remove or dislodge bread slices while the sandwich toaster is in operation.
- The sandwich toaster must not be used near or beneath curtains or other combustible materials. Close supervision is required when children are nearby.
- Always wipe the fixed plates of the sandwich maker with a soft, damp cloth before use.
- DO NOT use sharp instruments (like a metal knife, fork, etc.). Always use a heat-resistant plastic or wooden spatula to prevent damage to the non-stick coating.

- Power Indicator (Red Light): Turns on as soon as you plug in.
- Ready Indicator (Green Light): Turns on when your sandwich maker is hot enough to start cooking.
- Non-Stick Plates: Ensure even toasting and easy removal of sandwiches.
- Cool-Touch Handle: So you can safely open and close the sandwich maker.
- Handle Lock: Helps press and seal your sandwich for perfect results.
Note: Before using for the first time, wipe the plates with a damp cloth.
HOW TO OPERATE YOUR GRILL NEO
BEFORE FIRST USE
Preheat Before Cooking
- Place your sandwich maker on a flat, heatproof surface.
- Plug the power cord into the mains socket. The red indicator light will turn on, indicating that the appliance is powered on.
- Before inserting the bread slices into the sandwich toaster, preheat the appliance until the green light turns on. This indicates that the toaster has reached the pre-set temperature and is ready for use. Preheating usually takes a few minutes.
NOTE: Always preheat the appliance before adding your sandwich. This ensures even toasting and helps prevent sticking.
HOW TO USE
- Take two slices of bread and add the desired filling between them. Always include a filling to ensure optimal toasting.
- Lightly butter both the top and bottom sides of the sandwich to help achieve a golden, crispy finish.
- After preheating, carefully open the sandwich toaster and place the sandwich between the lower and upper plates, ensuring that the buttered sides face the plates.
- Close the sandwich toaster slowly and gently. Make sure it is closed securely.
- The green indicator light will turn off after a few seconds, indicating that the toasting process has begun.
- The green light will turn on again once toasting is complete.
- Open the sandwich toaster and carefully remove the sandwich. If you prefer a darker or crispier toast, close the toaster again and toast for a bit longer.
- You can stop the operation at any time by unplugging the power cord from the socket.

CAUTION
- Avoid Overfilling: If the sandwich has too much filling, it may be difficult to close the toaster. Do not force the lid shut by pressing it hard. Instead, reduce the filling or ensure the bread slices fit properly within the plates and do not extend beyond the edges. Forcing it closed may damage the appliance and scratch or peel the non-stick coating.
- Use a heat-resistant plastic or wooden spatula: When removing the sandwich, do not use sharp or metal utensils (such as knives or forks). Always use a heat-resistant plastic or wooden spatula to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains outlet.
- Let the appliance completely cool down before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the sandwich toaster in water or clean the Grill Neo in running water.
- Wipe the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaning tools.
- If your sandwich toaster is used frequently, accumulated bread crumbs should be removed regularly. Make sure that any possible food leftovers or crumbs are completely removed before using the sandwich toaster again.
- Do not attempt to remove jammed bread slices from the toaster plates without disconnecting the Grill Neo from the power source. Use caution to avoid scratching the non-stick surface.
- Clean the interior non-stick surface with a soft, damp cloth and then wipe it thoroughly with a dry cloth.

Warranty Service
This Cüraa by YFL home consumer product is covered against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable from one user/customer to another.
What is covered by this warranty?
- The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in Cüraa by YFL Home’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced up to two (2) years from the original purchase date. In the case of repairs or replacement of any part(s) of the product, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty.
What is not covered by this warranty?
- Normal wear and tear of wearable parts (such as non-stick fixed plates and indicator lights, etc.), which require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit, are not covered by this warranty.
- Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the non-stick fixed plates free of food spills and debris), or damage due to mishandling in transit.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by Cüraa by YFL home. These defects include damages caused in the process of shipping, altering, or repairing the Cüraa by YFL home product or any of its parts when the repair is performed by a person not authorized by Cüraa by YFL home.
- Products purchased, used, or operated outside India.
