How does the LG air conditioner function?

LG air conditioners use sensors to monitor room temperature and humidity. They adjust the set point and fan speed for comfort, defrost the outdoor coil in low temperatures, and prevent cold air from blowing indoors during this process.

How do I set the temperature on my air conditioner?

Use the arrow buttons to adjust the temperature. Lower settings provide cooler air, while higher settings offer less cooling. A comfortable range is typically between 22-25°C.

What steps should I follow to start my air conditioner for the first time?

Switch the unit to fan mode first to clear out dust for about 10 minutes. Then, change to “Cool” mode and ensure cold air is coming from the vents.

What symbol represents the cooling mode?

The snowflake symbol represents the cooling mode. This mode lowers the room temperature by expelling heat from indoor air to the outside.

Which mode is best for AC usage in summer?

Use “Cool” mode on hot days to reduce room temperature. In humid conditions, opt for “Dry” mode to remove excess moisture without significantly lowering the temperature.

Is using auto mode on the air conditioner a good idea?
