OnePass gathers every episode of a series available anywhere and adds them all right to your My Shows
list. Now you can watch a series from beginning to end, or start on any episode or season you want. If it’s not available on Blue Ridge On Demand, OnePass fills in the gaps with episodes from providers like Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, and more. To create a OnePass, find a show you want to watch, then choose “Create OnePass.”
MY SHOWS

All of your Blue Ridge On Demand and streaming videos appear in the My Shows list. To get to the My Shows list from any menu screen or from live TV, just press the TiVo button twice. (Just press it once if
you’re already on the Home screen.) Filters in the left column of My Shows let you narrow your choices instantly. As you highlight a filter, your My Shows list will update automatically. Filters include TV Series, Movies, Kids, and more.
VIDEO APPS

When you search or browse for movies or individual episodes of series, your results include videos available to stream from your selected video apps — no need to switch to a different input.
Note: To customize which video apps appear in your search results, choose the Menu icon on the Home
screen, then choose Settings > User Preferences > Add & Manage Apps.
THE SMARTBAR
READY WHEN YOU ARE
The SmartBar, located at the bottom of the Home screen, predicts shows to watch based on what your household usually watches at a particular time or day. For example, if you normally watch the previous
night’s late-night talk show the next morning, you’ll see it in the SmartBar when you wake up. If the kids tend to watch shows while dinner’s cooking, those shows will be waiting in the SmartBar at that time each day.

While you’re watching live TV, QuickView lets you see what else is playing now or coming up without missing the action on the show you’re watching. It’s easy: press UP to see a mini guide; DOWN to display the SmartBar; and LEFT to bring up your favorite channels.

When you look for movies or individual episodes of series using the TiVo menus, your options will include videos available to stream from On Demand and other video providers — no need to switch to a different catalog or app! Don’t have time to watch it now? Rather than search for it again later, bookmark it. A link to the video will be added directly to My Shows.

The TiVo voice remote is the only remote that lets you speak in a natural language and gives you the ability to narrow your search results as you go. Search for shows, tune to a channel, ask for recommendations…it’s all at your fingertips. To issue a voice command, press and hold the microphone button and speak naturally into the remote. You can say things like “Watch The Big Bang Theory on now,” or “Find some action movies.” You can even add on to your initial command to get more specific. For example, after the command, “Find some action movies,” you could add “Just the ones with Bruce Willis.”
SEEK AND YOU SHALL FIND!
Only the TiVo experience offers a fully integrated search. No other device instantly scans across all TV programming, Blue Ridge On Demand, and streaming apps like Netflix and HBO GO all at the same time. It’s like an entertainment search engine presenting you with a list of great options, so there’s almost nothing you can’t start watching in seconds!
Search by show title, episode title, show description, or person name (actor, director, etc.). The TiVo service searches upcoming TV shows movies and video-on-demand offerings all at the same time. You can even search for a particular channel by its network name or call sign (e.g., ABC or ESPN).
TAKE A SHORTCUT TO GREAT SHOWS.
So many channels, so little time! TiVo’s “What to Watch” lets you browse shows available to stream, watch live, and bookmark. Top-level categories include On TV Today, Sports, Movies, and more. Each category also includes more specific sub-categories to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. For example, from the Movies strip, select View All to see subcategories like New Releases, Action, and Comedy.
ACCESS YOUR APPS
Your TiVo box has access to an impressive array of movies, TV shows, short videos, and music from your
favorite apps. You can access this and other apps by selecting “Apps” from the Home screen. Choose favorites by highlighting them and pressing THUMBS UP on your remote.

THE TIVO REMOTE CONTROL.
- The TIVO BUTTON takes you to the Home screen.
- If programmed*, TV PWR turns your TV on or off.
- If programmed*, use INPUT to select the input for your TV.
- BACK goes back to the previous screen.
- Use the ARROW BUTTONS to navigate the TiVo menus. In live TV, press UP for the mini guide, DOWN to see personalized predictions, and LEFT for your favorite channels.
- If programmed*, VOLUME and MUTE control the volume on your TV or AV receiver.
- Press and hold the VOICE button to issue voice commands.
- When browsing, press REPLAY to jump to the first item in a strip. In the guide, jump 24 hours
back. - Use the THUMBS UP and THUMBS DOWN buttons to mark items as favorites (e.g. apps)
and to confirm certain commands. - The A, B, C buttons set options and sort and filter views. Look for the on-screen tips.
- CLEAR dismisses items appearing over live TV and deletes titles from My Shows and the To-Do List.
- LIVE TV takes you to live TV.
- INFO shows the info card while watching a show; press this button again to make it disappear.
- Press OK to choose menu items.
- Use EXIT to close certain apps.
- Use CHANNEL UP/DOWN to change the channel or move quickly through lists and the guide.
- GUIDE takes you to the on-screen program guide.
- In TiVo menus, use REWIND and FAST FORWARD to move quickly through strips. In the program guide, these buttons page forward or back.
- Press ADVANCE to jump 24 hours ahead in the guide.
- Press ON DEMAND to go directly to the video on demand library.
- Press the NETFLIX button to launch the Netflix app.
- ENTER confirms certain commands (for example, when using the number keys to enter a channel number, press ENTER to confirm and change the channel).

Tivo Blue Ridge Experience-FAQs
How does Blue Ridge streaming work?
If you have Blue Ridge Stream with Live TV, you can use the Blue Ridge Stream app to watch live TV, access Video on Demand, and browse the program guide. Cloud DVR subscribers can also record, manage shows, use Start Over/Catch Up (SOCU), and access their To-Do List.
How do I turn off QuickMode on TiVo?
Press the Play button on your remote to bring up the status bar, then press Select to activate QuickMode. To disable it, press Play and Select again to return to normal speed.
Can I use TiVo without cable?
Yes, TiVo has built-in wireless connectivity. Simply power on your TiVo box, go to the setup menu, and select “Wireless” as your network connection.
How do I record a show on Blue Ridge Cable?
You can set recordings through the Blue Ridge Go app or at www.blueridgego.com. To record:
1. Search for the show or movie.
2. Select “Record Movie” (for single programs) or “Record Next Episode” (for series).
What is Blue Ridge On Demand?
Blue Ridge On Demand offers a wide selection of movies, from Hollywood blockbusters to independent films. To browse available titles, tune to channel 1 and order directly from your remote.
How does streaming work?
Streaming allows you to watch or listen to content over the internet without downloading it first. Instead of saving the entire file, the media is delivered in small chunks as you watch.
How do I record with TiVo?
While watching live TV, press the RECORD button on your TiVo remote. A menu will appear where you can choose to record the episode, set up a OnePass, or explore additional options.
How does TiVo work?
TiVo is a digital video recorder (DVR) that lets you record, pause, rewind, and replay TV programs. It saves content on an internal hard drive, giving you easy access to your recordings.
Can I use TiVo without a remote?
