Note: #2 Phillips-head screwdrivers (not provided) are needed for the assembly.

STEP 1

  • Attach (1) to (C), (M). Do NOT over-tighten.
  • Attach (X) to (C) with (3).
  • Attach (M) to (C) with (2) & (9).

STEP 2

Attach (K) to (C) with (2) & (5) and make sure the cam lock holes face the same side.

STEP 3

  • Attach (1) to (H). Do NOT over-tighten.
  • Attach (H) to (G) with (2) & (9).

STEP 4

  • Attach (1) to (H). Do NOT over-tighten.
  • Attach (H) to (F) & (G) with (2) & (9).

STEP 5

Attach (1) to (F) & (G). Do NOT over-tighten.

STEP 6

Attach (F) & (G) to (C) with (2) & (9).

STEP 7

Attach (J) to (F) & (G) with (2).

Note: You can only insert the cam lock into the back side of (J) to fasten at Step 18.

STEP 8

  • Attach (1) to (D) & (E). Do NOT over-tighten.
  • Attach (D) & (E) to (C) & (J) with (2) & (9).

Note: You can only insert the cam lock into the back side of (J) to fasten at Step 18.

STEP 9

  • Attach (1) to (A). Do NOT over-tighten.
  • Attach (L) to (A) with (2) & (4).

STEP 10

Attach (A) to (D), (E) & (K) with (2) & (9).

STEP 11

Attach (1) to (B). Do NOT over-tighten.

STEP 12

Attach (O) to (B) with (2) & (4).

STEP 13

Attach (N) to (B) with (2) & (4).

STEP 14

CAUTION: With 2 people, place the top on a carpet or on the cardboard to protect the top surface and prevent scratching.

Attach (B) to (D), (E), (F), (G), and (J) with (2) & (5).

STEP 15

Attach (1) to (Q), (R), (S), and (T). Do NOT over-tighten.

STEP 16

  • Attach (S), (T) & (U) to (R) with (2) & (9).
  • Attach (Q) to (S), (T) & (U) with (2) & (9).

STEP 17

  • Place the frame from the previous assembly step to (B).
  • Attach (Q), (R), (S), (T), and (U) to (B) with (2) & (9).

Tip: Insert and tighten the cam lock one by one when all positions are corrected.

STEP 18

  • With 2 people, turn the sample with the top panel (A) facing up.
  • Insert and tighten (9) to secure (J) to (D), (E), (F), and (G).

CAUTION: Before assembling the following step, make sure the sample is square and the warnings on the (P) face rearward.

  • Install 8 screws (7) at the 4 corners of (P) first, then apply the rest to secure (P) to (A), (C), (D) & (E).

STEP 19

  • Fold the hinge (12).
  • Attach (12) to (V) & (W) with (6).

STEP 20

  • Unfold the door hinge (12).
  • Attach (V) to (D) & (W) to (E) with (6).

STEP 21

Attach (10) to (V) & (W) with (8).

STEP 22

  • Insert (11) to (D), (E), (F), and (G).
  • Insert (I).

STEP 23

  • With 2 people, lift the fireplace, insert it carefully into the back of the assembled mantel, and center it in the opening. Make sure the fireplace rests on supporting rails (O) & (N) and sits flush with the front side rails (H).
  • Slide the L-Brackets (3pcs) into pre-assembled bolts on the rear panel of the fireplace.
  •  Have one person from the front of the unit hold the fireplace at the center and flush with the front side rail (H), and the other person can tighten pre-assembled bolts to secure the L-Brackets to the mantel panels. Make sure the bracket aligns with pre-drilled holes on the bottom and the 2 side panels.
  • Fasten provided screws (3pcs) to secure the L-Brackets to the bottom and the 2 side panels.

STEP 24

Fireplace Location Adjustment Instruction

CAUTION:

  • The assembly needs 2 people to handle.
  • To avoid the fireplace moving during the adjustment, have one person hold the fireplace in place while the other person tightens the bolts and screws gradually and evenly.

To adjust the fireplace horizontal depth:

Loosen screws on (F), (G) & (B), adjust the position of the fireplace to align with front side rail (H), tighten screws gradually and evenly when all positions are corrected.

To adjust the fireplace sideways:

Loosen pre-installed bolts at (F) & (G) of the fireplace, align the fireplace to the center, tighten bolts gradually and evenly when all positions are corrected.

STEP 25

CAUTION: THE FIREPLACE BOX COMES WITH THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR OPERATION. FOR SAFETY REASONS, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL BEFORE OPERATING.

WARNING

If the information in the fireplace operating manual is not followed, an electric shock or fire may result in property damage, personal injury, or loss of life.

WARNING

Risk of death or serious injury. This unit must be placed against a fixed in place wall at least as tall as the unit height.

STEP 26

Apply the TV warning label (13) to your unit so you will always have the model’s weight.

STEP 27

NOTE: The following instructions for door adjustment are useful when you need to align the door with the console frame.

To adjust the vertical height.

Loosen the four screws “A” on the bolt hinges. Two of them are usually in slotted holes, which allow you to adjust up or down by a few mm, then tighten back up.

To adjust the horizontal depth.

Loosen screw “B” and adjust the door. If the door can not be adjusted, please loosen screw “C”, then try again. Tighten screw “B” and “C”.

To adjust sideways.

Turning the screw “C” on BOTH hinges on each door.

This unit has been designed to support the maximum loads shown. Exceeding these load limits could cause sagging, instability, product collapse, and/or serious injury.

Maximum TV size: 65″ (70 lbs/31.8 kgs)
