Product Description
The Aqara Smart Pet Feeder C1 is equipped with the Zigbee wireless communication protocol. You can feed your pet at scheduled times and portions through our app, no matter where you are.
Warnings
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- It must only be supplied at a safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.

Preparation Before Use
- A smartphone or a tablet (with iOS or Android system) that can be connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- An Aqara hub that supports Zigbee 3.0.
- 5V1A USB-A power supply, such as a wall outlet or charging adapter.
- Scan the QR code to download the Aqara Home app.
- Take the desiccant out of the plastic bag and put it into the desiccator slot in the lid.
- Pour the dry pet food into the food bucket.
Note:
- Particle diameter of dry pet food should be limited within 2-12mm.
- This product is designed for pet cats and small and medium-sized dogs aged three months and older.
- The smart pet feeder can only store dry food. It cannot store wet food or mix wet and dry food.
- It is recommended to place the feeder against the wall and away from tables, chairs, and other furniture to reduce the risk of the feeder being knocked over by the pet.
Device Binding & Initialization
- This product requires an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub. Please add the hub to the app according to the corresponding manual.
- Click “+” in the upper right corner of the home page in the app to enter the “Add Accessory” page. Select “Smart Pet Feeder C1” and the hub to be connected, and follow the instructions on the app. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds, and then the hub will be connected.
Device Setting
Click the button in the upper right corner of the home page of the device to adjust the settings of the feeding plan, child lock, etc.
Power Supply
- Please use the adapter to supply power to the feeder under normal circumstances.
- The Smart Pet Feeder C1 can also work with dry batteries. Please open the battery cover at the bottom and put in batteries. In case of any power failure, the batteries can ensure the power supply.
- Dry batteries need to be purchased separately. Three D batteries (LR20 alkaline batteries) are required.
- When the device is powered by dry batteries, the indicator light will stay off # to save energy, but other functions still work as usual.
*Note:
- Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
- Insert batteries in the correct polarity as indicated in the battery compartment.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Waste batteries should be recycled in line with the local laws and regulations. Do not dispose of them at will to avoid pollution.
- If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the batteries should be removed.
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of.
Food Bucket Cleaning
Press the clips on both sides of the food bucket, and you can take it out to clean.
