Active Noise-Canceling
The Dartpods+ is equipped with active noise-canceling (ANC) to cancel the noise from your surroundings or allow you to hear and speak to people while wearing the earbuds. To switch between different ANC modes, press the touch button for 3 seconds, and a voice feedback will be heard from the earbuds for the corresponding mode.
Pairing
For first use, insert the earbuds into the charging case, open the charging case and search for “Dartpods+” from the Bluetooth menu of your mobile device. Once paired, the earbuds will connect to your device automatically when opening the charging case.
Touch Control
- Tap the touch button once to answer an incoming call, hang up the call, and play/ pause the music.
- Tap the touch button twice to play the previous song (left) or skip songs (right).
- Tap the touch button three times to increase the volume (left) or reduce the volume (right).
- Tap and hold the touch button for about 2 seconds to activate voice control and Siri.
- Tap and hold the touch button for about 3 seconds to activate/ cancel the active noise-canceling (ANC).
- Tap and hold the touch button for about 5 seconds to turn the earbuds on/ off.
Charging
- Fully charge the earbuds before using them for the first time.
- Insert the earbuds into the charging case. Make sure to place the correct earbud in the corresponding dock.
- Close the charging case cover to charge the earbuds. It takes around 1 hr to fully charge the earbuds.
- To charge the charging case, connect it with the cable provided to a power source.
- The battery indicator will show the progress during charge, all indicators will turn off once fully charged.

How do I activate ANC on my Dartpods earbuds?
Press and hold the touch area on the earbuds or follow the instructions in the companion app to turn on Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). ANC works even without playing music by reducing ambient sounds.
Do ANC earbuds drain the battery faster?
Yes. Using ANC consumes more power than normal mode, so the battery may deplete quicker. Turning off ANC when not needed can extend battery life.
Can I use ANC earbuds without music?
Yes. ANC filters background noise independently of audio playback, allowing you to enjoy a quieter environment even when no music is playing.
How do I pair my Dartpods earbuds with a device?
Remove the earbuds from the charging case, enable Bluetooth on your device, and select “Dartpods Plus” from the available devices. Both earbuds should pair automatically.
Why is only one earbud connecting?
Ensure both earbuds are charged and inside the case for initial pairing. If one still doesn’t connect, reset the earbuds (place them in the case, close the lid, then take them out and reconnect).
How do I reset my Dartpods earbuds?
Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Wait a few seconds, then remove the earbuds and press/hold the touch areas for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes. This restores factory settings.
Why isn’t my left earbud charging?
Check for dirt or debris in the charging contacts. Make sure the earbud is seated properly in the case. If it still doesn’t charge, try a different power source or replace the charging case.
What do the indicator lights on the earbuds mean?
The LED inside the case shows the battery level of each earbud, while the front LED indicates the charging status of the case itself. Refer to the manual for exact color codes.
How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?
Charging usually takes 1–2 hours for the earbuds and around 2–3 hours for the case, depending on the power source.
