- If ear piece or other parts of headphones become lodged in your ear, be careful not to push it deep into the ear canal and seek skilled medical assistance to remove the piece.
- Damage to the ear may be caused by non-professionals attempting to remove the piece.
- When in use, you may sometimes hear friction noise; this is caused by the cord rubbing against your clothing while walking or during exercise.

For audio operation
- To play or pause a track: Press once
- To skip to the next track: Press twice
- To return to the previous track: Press three times
For phone operation
- To answer or end a call: Press once
- For some mobile phones, you may not be able to use some or all functions, depending on the specifications of the mobile phone itself.
- This unit supports smartphones with a 4 pole plug headphone jack. Any devices with a 3.5 mm 3 pole or 2 pole plug headphone jack are not supported.

Why do my JVC earbuds keep disconnecting?
Frequent disconnections can be caused by Bluetooth interference, being too far from the connected device, or the earbuds trying to pair with another nearby device.
How do I turn on noise cancelling on JVC earbuds?
Touch and hold the sensor area on the right earbud for about 1 second. Release when you hear a beep—this turns the noise cancelling on or off.
How do I increase or decrease the volume on JVC earbuds?
1. Increase Volume: Press the right earbud button twice quickly.
2. Decrease Volume: Press the left earbud button twice quickly.
How do I turn off the earbuds when I’m not using them?
You can turn them off by either:
1. Placing them back in the charging case and closing the lid.
2. Pressing and holding the buttons on both earbuds for over 2 seconds.
How do I know if my JVC earbuds are charging?
The indicator light will turn red while charging. Once fully charged, the light will turn off.
How long do the earbuds take to charge?
Charging takes about 2 hours. The case can recharge the earbuds up to 1.5 times when fully charged.
How do JVC earbuds connect and power on?
Just remove them from the case—they’ll power on and connect automatically. Putting them back in the case powers them off.
