About the Band
Band Charging
- Please fully charge the smart band before first use.
- Please plug the magnetic charger’s USB connector into a power adapter or a computer’s USB port.
- Attach the smart band to the charger, keep it in a proper direction and position, and ensure that the metal contacts on the back of the band are closely connected to the charger.
Notes:
- · Please use the KOSPET original magnetic charger to charge the band, and make sure the charger is dry and without metallic foreign objects on it.
- Please use the power adapter with an output current of 500mA or more, which is certified to meet safety standards.
App Installation
Please download the KOSPET FIT App before using the smart band to access more sports and health data, personal settings and beyond, facilitating your journey towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.
Method one: Scan the QR code on the right to download and install the App.
Method two: Enter “KOSPET FIT” on App Store or Google Play to download and install the App.
App Registration and Sign-in
- Open the App, allow it to access BT, location, and grant other necessary permissions on your phone.
- Register and sign in to the App.
Band Pairing
- Follow the prompts on the App to find and add the device (smart band).
- Allow the band to connect to the App on your smart band.
Note: Please don’t pair the watch directly via your mobile phone’s BT on Settings.
BT Calling Setup
For both iPhones and Android phones: Once the App is connected to the band, tap the call icon on the band to enable BT calling.
OTA Update
Enter the Device page on the App, then tap Firmware Update for the latest firmware version.
Band Gestures
Shortcut Menu: Swipe down on the watch face to enter the Shortcut Menu that can be customized by tapping the “+” icon.
Shortcut Cards: Swipe left on the watch face to enter the Shortcut Cards. Swipe down on the page for
more information.
Notification Center: Swipe up on the watch face to enter the Notification Center that can be customized by tapping Edit at the bottom.
Unread Notifications: Swipe right on the watch face to view unread notifications.
Use of Physical Buttons
POWER button
Short press
- Short-press to turn on the screen.
- Short-press on the watch face to enter the App list.
- Short-press on other feature pages to return to the watch face.
- Short-press to mute when there is an incoming call.
- Short press during a workout to pause/continue/unlock the current workout.
- Short press on Stopwatch/Timer to pause/resume the stopwatch or timer.
Long press
- Long press for 3s to power on/off, restart, or activate Emergency SOS.
- Long press for 12s to force a restart.
- Long press for 3s during workouts to end and save the data.
- Long press for 5s to disable the power saving mode when it’s been enabled.
SPORT button
Short press
- Short-press to turn on the screen.
- Short press on the watch face to enter the workout list.
- Short press again to return to the watch face.
- Short press on other pages to return to the previous page.
- Short press during a workout to pause/continue/Unlock the current workout.
Long press
- Long press for 3s during workouts to end and save the data.
Change Watch Faces
- Long press the watch face, then swipe left or right to replace the current watch face.
- Enter the KOSPET FIT App to download more watch faces on Watch Face Gallery, including those for always-on display.
Sports Recognition
Once enabled, the band will remind you whether to enter the corresponding sports mode via a pop-up reminder, when you begin one of these sports — walking, running, cycling, elliptical trainer, or rowing machine.
