Adult supervision should always be required when children are near the device.
- Any parts of the filter are inedible. Do not use if the filter is broken.
- Do not submerge the main engine in water; this could damage the internal electronics.
- Do not disassemble, maintain, or refit the device, or give rise to the invalidity of the warranty.
- Do not make the power cord or plug contact with any liquids to prevent electric shock.
- Ensure the charging port is working under dry conditions.
- The device should be charged by an SV/lA or 5V/2A adapter only, or give rise to the invalidity of the warranty.
- Turn off and store the water fountain in a dry place when not in use. The device needs to be charged and maintained every 6 months of storage.
- Properly dispose of all packing materials immediately after unpacking the product, as the bags used for packaging could present a suffocation or choking hazard.
- This device is only for pets’ drinking. Any other applications are forbidden.

How to assemble & set up your water fountain
- Soak the filter in water for 5 minutes and rinse it thoroughly.
- Place the filter into the filter pack and fill the appropriate water into the water bowl.
- Align the Main Engine downward into the device.
- Long-press the SET button to turn on the water fountain and make sure the device is working under sufficient power
or plugged in.
- Select the water dispense mode you need.
How to clean your water fountain
Clean the interior of the water fountain and the drinking tray
- Take out the main engine
- Wash all parts besides the main engine. Do not use metal kitchen utensils, such as steel balls or abrasive cleaning materials, for cleaning to avoid any damage to the product’s surface.
- The drinking tray of the water fountain is not dishwasher-safe.
How to clean your filter
- Remove the filter sponge
- Remove the water pump cover
- Remove the stator cover and the impeller as well
- Clean the stator with water
How to maintain your water fountain
- The filter and filter sponge are suggested to be replaced every 2-4 weeks. Below three conditions below should be replaced every 2 weeks:
- a. High-frequency use.
- b. Multi-pet families
- c. The water fountain works in regular flow mode
- The water Pump and water fountain need to be cleaned every week.
