How to Connect

First Time Connection:

1. Pick up both earbuds, pop them back in, and then close the lid to activate them.
2. Open the lid, pick up the earbuds, and they will auto power on. On the phone, search QCY Melobuds ANC and tap to connect.

How to Switch Connection Between Two Devices

Push earbuds into the case, open the lid, and keep pressing the charging case button for 3s or until the LEDs on the earbuds blink white. Then pick up earbuds. On the device, search QCY Melobuds ANC and tap to connect.
Earbuds cannot connect to two phones at the same time. They will auto-reconnect to the last phone in the connectivity record, if any.

Factory Setting

1. Push earbuds into the case, open the lid, and keep pressing the charging case button for 10s to set earbuds to factory(LEDs on earbuds blink white 5 times).
2. After factory setting, the earbuds will auto pair with each other and turn connectable to the phone when picked up.

Charging Earbuds

LED will glow solid red when the earbuds are charged and turn off. white for 30s when topped up.

Charging Case

The LED will glow solid red when the case is charged and turn solid white when topped up.

How to Wear

1. Please put on the earbuds properly, then adjust them to fit you.
2. Set the microphone towards your mouth.
3. It will cause a bad calling or listening experience to wear them the wrong way.

LED on Case

• Battery level of case ≥ 20% (white)
• Battery level of case 20% (Red)

Functions

•  Power-on: Keep pressing the touch panel for 1.5s
•  Power off: Push earbuds into the case
•  Answer/end call: Double-press the touch panel
•  Ignore call: Keep pressing the touch panel for 1.5s
•  Skip track forward: Triple-press the right touch panel
•  Voice assistant: Triple-press the left touch panel
•  Playback/pause: Double-press the left/right touch panel to play/pause
•  Gaming mode: Keep pressing the left touch panel for 1.5s
•  ANC mode: Keep pressing the right touch panel for 1.5s to switch among ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes

Free Service:

Supposing any defects caused by quality issues occur within the warranty period, please take this warranty card and purchase receipts to your distributor for free exchange service.

Free exchange service will not be accessed under the following circumstances:

1. Damages caused by unauthorized disassembly.
2. Defects or physical damage caused by leaking or dropping off.
   for 1.5s
3. Damages by act of God. Supposing your item is damaged or defective except in the above circumstances, please return it to your distributor or us for free repair.

Tips

1. Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
2. The earbuds need to be fully charged before first-time use,
3. If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
4. Please use the chargers made by a qualified manufacturer,
5. If earbuds fail to be found by phone, please return them to their charging or restore factory settings. If a phone error occurs, please turn off and on the Bluetooth function or reboot the phone.

Caveats

1. Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reason to avoid any damage and danger.
2. Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
3. Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
4. Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid dysfunction and increasing risk of electric shock.
5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.

Note: Please do not use earbuds for a long time, as they may damage your hearing.
Notes: Please arrange using the time properly, as your hearing may be damaged by using the device for a long time.
