- Use the USB cable to charge the Pilo 1 Fabric Shaver. The button light will turn red to indicate that it is charging.
- When the battery is fully charged, the button light will turn green. Unplug the device when the charging is completed. It normally takes 5 hours to recharge the battery.
- Turn on the fabric shaver by pressing the on/off button.
- Gently sweep the nozzle over the fabric to remove fuzz and pilling. If you push the Pilo 1 Fabric Shaver hard against the fabric, you risk damaging it. Therefore, remember to always try the Pilo 1 Fabric Shaver on a small, less notable spot before going over the whole piece. Please note that Steamery does not take responsibility for this kind of damage.
- Please note: To eliminate the risk of damaging the fabric, always place the garment on a flat surface before you start using the Pilo 1 Fabric Shaver.
- When the on/off button starts to flash red, the device needs to be charged.
- Turn off the fabric shaver by pressing the on/off button.
- It is important to remove the fuzz from the fabric shaver. To do so, turn off the fabric shaver and then remove both the storage bin and the blade protector, then use the little brush for easy cleaning. Remember to remove the fuzz around the razor blades as well. Pay extra attention to ensure that no hairs or threads are around the rotating axis.
- In case the fabric shaver is subjected to excessive pressure or if the motor gets blocked, the fabric shaver will automatically shut off to protect the motor from overheating and breaking. You will be able to turn the fabric shaver back on after 2 seconds, when its components have cooled down.

- Do not use the Pilo 1 Fabric Shaver on a garment you are wearing.
