IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING APPLIANCE.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- Make sure the voltage corresponds to that indicated on the name plate before you plug the unit into the main electrical supply.

- Do not use the unit other than for its intended use.
- The unit’s power cord must be connected to a properly grounded and protected 120 V electrical outlet.
- Always attach the plug to the appliance first, then plug the cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, press the ON/OFF button, then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
- Do not carry the unit while the warming trays are on the unit filled with food. The handles might break because of the excessive weight.
- Intended for countertop use only. WARNING: Spilled food can cause serious burns. Keep the appliance and cord away from children. Never drape a cord over the edge of the counter, never use an outlet below the counter.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Clean the appliance according to the instructions in the CLEANUP section of this manual.
- Always place the appliance on a flat, clean, and non-slippery surface before operating it.
- When using your appliance for the first time, there may be a slight odor. This is normal and is no cause for concern.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Unfold (do not fold when using) this product and place it on a horizontal desktop.
- Plug the unit. The power cord is removable. First, plug the power cord into the item and then plug the unit into an electrical power outlet. A tone will sound, and the control panel will illuminate. The ON/OFF button will illuminate and pulse slowly on and off.
- In standby mode, the device can be turned on by touching the ON/OFF button.
- Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the device. A tone will sound, the control panel will illuminate, and the 1H timing indicator and 170 °F temperature indicator will flash.
- To select the desired time, press the corresponding time buttons. The corresponding indicator light will flash. The timing button switch sequence is: 1H ➔ 2H ➔ 4H, which can be set in a loop.
- To select the desired temperature, press the corresponding temperature buttons. The corresponding light will flash. The temperature button switch sequence is: 170 °F ➔ 210 °F ➔ 250 °F, which can be cyclically set. At this stage, the unit will enter standby mode if no buttons are pressed within 30 minutes. After selecting the preset temperature range and timing, press the ON/OFF button. A tone will sound, and the machine will immediately enter the heating state.
- Pour the desired food into a plate or recipient and place your recipients on the warming surface. WARNING: The weight of the items placed on the heating plate does not exceed 5 kg. NOTE: If you need to update the time or temperature during the process, press the TIME or TEMPERATURE button. A tone will sound once, and the time or temperature switch will be performed.
- When the time is over, a tone will sound twice, and the unit will enter standby mode.
- If you want to switch off the heating before the requested time, press the ON/OFF button. A tone will sound once, all indicator lights will remain on, and the unit will stop heating. The unit enters standby mode if no buttons are pressed within 3 minutes.
- If food is kept in the server for an extended period, it may dry out and/or change flavor.
- Unplug the unit from the power source when not in use.
- Do not leave food on the buffet server when it is not in use.
- When you have finished using the unit, remove all food and liquids for subsequent use.
- Allow the unit to cool down before removing parts for cleaning.
ABNORMAL ALARM
- A tone rings continuously 5 times, and all LED indicator lights flash, indicating that the unit is abnormal. At the same time, there is no response when touching the buttons. Manually unplug the unit. The product needs repair and cannot be used.
- The temperature sensor is abnormal. Three timing LED lights flash, other lights go out, the unit stops heating, and there is no response to touching the buttons. Manually unplug the unit. The unit needs repair and cannot be used.
- High temperature alarm: When the temperature is too high, the unit stops heating. The three temperature indicator lights and the ON/OFF button indicator light flash, and the other indicator lights are off. After the unit has cooled down, you can touch the ON/OFF button to stop the alarm, and then you can use it again. Or you can unplug the power and wait for the unit to cool down, then plug in the power to use it again.
CLEANUP
- Allow sufficient time for the warming tray to cool.
- Wipe the warming tray base with a damp and/or soapy cloth.
- The warming tray is not dishwasher safe.
- Do not immerse the warming tray in water, in a sink full of water, or in a dishwasher, as it will damage the unit.
MAINTENANCE
- Do not use the unit if it appears damaged in any way. Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself. NOTE: If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. NOTE: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
STORING INSTRUCTIONS
- Be sure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
- Store the appliance in its box or in a clean, dry place.
- Never store the warming tray while it is hot or wet.
- Fold the warming tray to save storage space.
- Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance; keep it loosely coiled.
LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
SENSIO Inc. hereby warrants that for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical defects in material and workmanship, and for 90 days in respect to non-mechanical parts. At its sole discretion, SENSIO Inc. will either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period.
The warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty validation. Retail stores selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.
EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use of the product, use of improper voltage or current, improper routine maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than qualified SENSIO Inc. personnel. Also, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, floods, hurricanes, or tornadoes.
SENSIO Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the duration of the warranty. Some states, provinces, or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and therefore, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. The warranty covers specific legal rights which may vary by state, province, and/or jurisdiction.

You must contact Customer Service at our toll-free number: 1-866-832-4843. A Customer Service Representative will attempt to resolve warranty issues over the phone. If the Customer Service Representative is unable to resolve the problem, you will be provided with a case number and asked to return the product to SENSIO Inc.
Attach a tag to the product that includes your name, address, daytime contact telephone number, case number, and description of the problem. Also include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the tagged product with the sales receipt and send it, with shipping and insurance prepaid, to SENSIO Inc.’s address. SENSIO Inc. shall bear no responsibility or liability for the returned product while in transit to SENSIO Inc.’s Customer Service Center.
