About the Watch
Watch Charging
- Please fully charge the smartwatch before first use.
- Please plug the watch charger’s USB connector into a power adapter or a computer’s USB port.
- Place the watch onto the charger, keep it in a proper direction and position, and ensure that the metal contacts on the back of the watch are closely connected to the charger’s base.
- Please use the KOSPET original magnetic charger to charge the watch, and make sure the charger is dry and without metallic foreign objects on it.
Notes:
- Please use the power adapter with an output current of 500mA or more, which is certified to meet safety standards.
App Installation
Please download the KOSPET FIT App before using the smartwatch to access more sports and health data, personal settings and beyond, facilitating your journey towards a healthier, more active lifestyle. Method one: Scan the QR code on the right to download and install the App.
Method two: Enter “KOSPET FIT” on App Store or Google Play to download and install the App.
App Registration and Sign-in
- Open the App, allow it to access BT, location, and grant other necessary permissions on your phone.
- Register and sign in to the App.
Watch Pairing
- Follow the prompts on the App to find and add the device (smartwatch).
- Allow the watch to connect to the App on your smartwatch.
Note: Please don’t pair the watch directly via your mobile phone’s BT on Settings.
BT Calling Setup
For iPhones: Once the watch is connected to the App, tap the call icon on the watch to enable BT calling.
For Android Phones: Once the App is connected to the watch, tap Pair on the App to enable BT calling.
OTA Update
Enter the Device page on the App, then tap Firmware Update for the latest firmware version.
Watch Gestures
Shortcut Menu: Swipe down on the watch face to enter the Shortcut Menu which can be customized by tapping the “+” icon.
Notification Center: Swipe up on the watch face to enter Notification Center which can be customized by tapping Edit at the bottom.
App List: Swipe left on the watch face to enter the App List.
Unread Notifications: Swipe right on the watch face to view the unread notifications.
Use of Physical Buttons
SEL button
Short press
- Short-press on the watch face to enter the App list.
- Short press during a workout to pause/resume/unlock the workout.
- Short press on a confirmation page(e.g. with Confirm and Cancel) to confirm.
- Short-press on Timer or Stopwatch to pause or resume.
- Short-press on the control center to enter Settings.
Long press
- Long press for 3s to power on/off, restart, or activate Emergency SOS.
- Long press for 12s to force a restart.
BACK button
Short press
- Short-press on the watch face to open the workout list. Short press again to return to the watch face, which can be customized.
- Short press on other pages to return to the previous page.
- Short-press on a confirmation page (e.g., with Confirm and Cancel) to cancel.
- Short-press on the Timer to end the current countdown timer and return to the timer list.
- Short-press on Stopwatch to end the current stopwatch and start split timing.
- Short-press on a paused stopwatch to stop timing.
Long press
- Long press for 3s during a workout to end the workout and save workout details.
- Long press for 3s on the watch face to activate Voice Assistant.
UP button
Short press
- Short-press on the watch face to open the control center.
- Short-press on other list pages to scroll up.
- Short-press on long pages to scroll up.
- Short-press on the sound setting page to turn up the volume.
- Short-press on the brightness adjustment page to increase screen brightness.
DOWN button
Short press
- Short-press on the watch face to view widgets.
- Short-press on other list pages to scroll down.
- Short-press on long pages to scroll down.
- Short-press on the sound setting page to turn down the volume.
- Short-press on the brightness adjustment page to decrease screen brightness.
Change Watch Faces
- long-press the watch face, then swipe left or right to replace the current watch face.
- Enter the KOSPET FIT App to download more watch faces on Watch Face Gallery, including those for always-on display.
Sports Recognition
Once enabled, the watch will remind you whether to enter the corresponding sports mode via a pop-up reminder when you begin one of these sports — walking, running, cycling, elliptical trainer, or rowing machine.

Security Tips
- Please do not expose the watch to extremely high-temperature environments or near high-temperature equipment, such as ovens, microwaves, or water heaters. High temperatures may cause battery explosions or other safety accidents.
- The watch contains an irremovable lithium-polymer battery. Non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling it to avoid potential safety hazards.
- This watch has passed multiple waterproof tests before leaving the factory. During daily use, wear and tear on internal components may affect their sealing performance. Please wear your watch carefully while swimming or diving, but avoid wearing it in saunas or during hot showers.
- This product is not a professional medical device. Heart rate, blood pressure, and other health-related data detected by the band are for reference only and cannot be used as a clinical basis.
