Precautions
Read this manual carefully before use, and retain it for future reference.
- The feeder is intended for indoor use.
- Place the feeder on a stable surface during use. Do not place it in a high location to prevent it from falling.
- Do not put anything other than pet food into the food compartment to avoid damage to the feeder. If the feeder will not be used for an extended period, store the remaining pet food and clean the food compartment.
- Do not put your hands or other foreign objects into the food compartment or food outlet during use.
- Do not immerse the main body and weighing tray in water to avoid damage to the internal electronics.
- The weighing tray is a precision part. Do not press it hard or use it to weigh items other than pet food; otherwise, it may be damaged.
- Before cleaning and disassembling the feeder, turn it off and then hold and pull the power cord connector from the bottom of the feeder.
- Do not pull the power cord directly to avoid deforming or damaging the connector.
- Keep the power cord in a safe place to prevent pets from tearing or biting it.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
The feeder is not recommended for young pets under three months of age
Safety Information
- Only use the provided supply unit (CYXT18-059100E3) for this appliance.
- If the external flexible cable or cord of this supply unit is damaged, it shall be replaced by the manufacturer or their service agent, or a similar qualified person to avoid a hazard.
- The supply unit shall not be used if the pins of the plug part are damaged.
- The supply unit terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- The feeder can be powered by four AA batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Do not use modified or damaged batteries.
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
- Do not expose the appliance or battery to excessive temperatures.
- Be aware of the risk of the terminals of the battery-operated appliance or battery being short-circuited by metal objects.
- Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of.
- Do not use modified or damaged batteries.
- If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the batteries are removed.
- Before disposing of the feeder, remove the batteries first.
- When removing the batteries, disconnect the feeder from power first.
- When disposing of the battery, comply with local laws or regulations.
- Batteries must be discarded at a specialized recycling facility or a battery recycling bin for safe disposal. Improper disposal of used batteries may cause harm to the environment.
- In the event of battery leakage, wear protective equipment to collect and seal the batteries and any leakage, then dispose of them safely.

Make sure the feeder is turned on.
- Press the reset button with a pin to enable or disable the Wi-Fi.
- Press and hold it with a pin for 7 seconds to restore the feeder to factory settings.
- Press and hold it with a pin, and simultaneously press and hold the dispense button for 3 seconds to enable or disable the child lock function.
Display Instructions
- Child Lock: When the indicator lights up, the child lock function is enabled, and the buttons on the feeder will not work except the power button.
- Wi-Fi Indicator
- Blinking: Awaiting network connection
- Quickly blinking: Connecting to the network
- On: Network configured successfully
- Off: Network disconnected
- Dispensing Indicator: Press the dispense button, and the dispensing indicator blinks.
- Food Weight: The value displayed is the weight of the food (g) in the food bowl.
- Food Bowl Error: When the indicator lights up, a food bowl error occurs. Empty the food bowl, put it in place, then calibrate it as instructed in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app.
- Insufficient Food: When the indicator lights up, the food is insufficient. Fill the food compartment in time.
- Blockage Reminder: When the indicator lights up, the food outlet is blocked. Clean it as instructed in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app.
How to Install
- Press the lower part of the cover release button and lift the cover to open it.
- Install the desiccant cartridge into the slot inside the cover.
- Place the food bowl horizontally on the weighing tray with the higher side facing the food outlet.
- Connect to power: Plug the power cord vertically into the power port on the base of the feeder to connect the feeder to power. Keep the feeder powered during use.
Notes:
- You can open the battery cover and install four AA batteries. Make sure the positive and negative poles are facing the right direction.
- The batteries can ensure the feeder still functions normally when disconnected from power. The battery is not included and is sold separately.
How to Use
- Open the cover to add pet food, and then close the cover.
- Press the power button to turn on the feeder, and the display will light up.
- Calibrate weighing: Make sure the food bowl is empty and press the dispense button for approximately 7 seconds. Then the display will show that the weight
of the food bowl is O g and the indicator for the food bowl error will disappear, indicating that the calibration is complete. - Press the dispense button to dispense a single portion. To dispense multiple portions, press the dispense button multiple times.
- Automatic feeding schedule: After connecting the feeder to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, you can set a feeding schedule for scheduled dispensing.

Connecting with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home App
This product works with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app. Control your device with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app. Scan the QR code to download and install the app. You will be directed to the connection setup page if the app is already installed. Or search for “Mi Home/Xiaomi Home” in the app store to download and install it. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, tap “+” on the upper right, and then follow the instructions to add your device.
- The app is referred to as the Xiaomi Home app in Europe (except for Russia). The name of the app displayed on your device should be taken as the default.
Care & Maintenance
- Unplug the feeder, and remove the cover. Then press and hold the food compartment locks on both sides to take the food compartment out.
- Clean the cover, the exterior, and the food outlet of the feeder with a cloth. Do not rinse them with water.
- Remove the food bowl and clean the gaps between the weighing tray and the main body with a brush. Wash the food bowl with water and reinstall it after it is fully dry.
- Turn the dispensing box towards L to remove it.
- Loosen the screw that fixes the food stirrer and the fan blade inside the food compartment to remove them.
- Clean the dispensing box, food stirrer, fan blade, and food compartment. Reinstall them in place after they are fully dry.
