Turn On / Off
Bluetooth Pairing
- When turned on, soundcore 2 will automatically connect to the last connected device if available. If not, soundcore 2 will enter pairing mode.
TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Mode
- Two identical soundcore speakers can pair with each other for stereo sound. Both speakers can play the same audio (one as the left channel and the other as the right channel).
- With one speaker connected to a smartphone, press and hold the Bluetooth button for more than 2 seconds on two speakers to enter TWS pairing mode.
Connect via AUX
- SoundLine AUX cable sold separately
- To return to Bluetooth mode, remove the AUX cable from your SoundCore 2.

How do I know when the Soundcore 2 is fully charged?
When fully charged, all the LED lights will turn solid white for about one minute, then switch off. At this point, you can unplug the speaker.
Why isn’t my Soundcore 2 connecting to Bluetooth?
Try resetting the speaker by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes. Then press the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode. In your device’s Bluetooth settings, select “Soundcore 2.” If it still doesn’t connect, try unpairing and pairing again.
How can I check the battery level?
The battery level is shown by the lights on the charging case (if using earbuds):
1. 3 white LEDs = over 70%
2. 2 white LEDs = 30%–70%
3. 1 white LED = below 30%
How do I update the Soundcore 2 firmware?
For Windows users:
1. Download the update tool from Anker’s website and install it.
2. Download the firmware for Soundcore 2 (model A3105), unzip it, and run the update following the tool’s instructions.
What does it mean when my Soundcore 2 is blinking?
A blinking blue light means the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode and ready to connect.
Why is only one side of my Soundcore earbuds working?
If one earbud isn’t working, place both in the charging case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then open it and try pairing again.
How do I clean my Soundcore 2?
To clean the speaker or earbuds, gently wipe the mesh or surface with a cotton swab slightly dampened with rubbing alcohol. Avoid letting moisture get inside.
