PAIRING AND CONNECTION

Enter Pairing Mode

Press and hold the function button on the side to power on.

Download the Nothing X app.

Scan the QR code or search for Nothing X in Google.

Set up and pair

1. When using the Nothing X app for the first time, please select your watch from the nearby devices list or scan the QR code displayed on the watch screen to pair with it. If you have previously used the Nothing X app, tap the “+” icon on the device interface to add a new device.
2. Register or log in to your Nothing X app account. After logging in, follow the app’s instructions to complete the pairing process and view the pairing interface.
3. After pairing is complete, set up your personal information. Your personal details will affect the results of some health and fitness data, so ensure the information provided is accurate.

Important notes:

1. When connecting the watch for the first time, the app will guide you to enable necessary permissions. Please grant all requested permissions to unlock all features.
2. During the initial connection, the app will prompt you to input personal information (including gender, date of birth, height, and weight). This data directly impacts the accuracy of fitness and health-related features. Please provide accurate information.
3. To ensure the best user experience, update the watch firmware to the latest version after the initial connection.
4. On some devices, enabling location permissions on your phone may be required to detect nearby devices.

Enable Message Notifications

Go to the watch’s device page and navigate to the Notifications section. Enable call notifications and app notifications. Once they are enabled, the app will ask you to grant the necessary permissions. Please allow all requested permissions to ensure the watch functions properly.

If you are using an Android phone, please note the following:

1. During the notification setup process, the system will redirect you to the notification permissions settings on your phone. Locate the Nothing X app in the authorisation screen and enable Allow Notification Access.
2. To ensure stable and continuous reception of message notifications, complete the background protection settings. Go to My Page > Background Protection, enable Persistent Notification, and ensure the following settings are configured: allow high battery usage, enable auto-start on boot, and lock the Nothing X app in the background app management section to maintain a stable connection.

OPERATIONS

On the home screen

• Swipe down to expand Quick Settings
• Swipe up to see notifications
• Swipe left to see widgets
• Swipe right to see widgets or return to the previous page
• Press and hold to change the watch face
• Cover the watch with your palm to turn off the screen

Functional crown

 Rotate up

• Scroll up or to the previous interface.

 Rotate down

• Scroll down or next interface.

 Press once

• Wake the watch
• Open feature list
• Pause or resume workout
• Go back to the previous page

 Press twice

• No function by default
• Open recording function
• You can configure a function in the Nothing X app to be quickly accessed by pressing the functional crown twice.

 Press and hold

• Power on, power off, or restart
• Press for 10 seconds to force a restart

CHARGE

Charging

To charge the watch, place the watch on the charging base. Make sure both metal pads on the back of the watch are aligned with the metal tips on the line.

• Before charging, please wipe away sweat or moisture residue to keep the charging contacts of the watch clean.

CHANGE STRAPS

To remove and replace a strap, please turn the watch over and locate the quick-release lever — there’s one on each end where the strap meets the frame. Slide the quick-release lever and hold it to remove a strap from the watch or attach a strap to the watch.

GESTURE CONTROL

Gesture Control is turned off by default. If you want to turn it on, connect the Nothing X app to the watch, and after connecting, enter the Gesture Control function to turn on and set related options. For more functions, connect the watch with the Nothing X app to view and set more details on the watch or app.
