CUCKOO CAC-K1910 True HEPA Air Purifier-FAQ’s
Should I run my CUCKOO air purifier all the time?
Yes, it’s recommended to keep your air purifier running continuously. Turning it off allows pollutants like dust, mold spores, and dander to quickly return, reducing air quality.
How does the CUCKOO smart air purifier work?
It uses a multi-stage filtration system: a Pre-filter, Activated Carbon Filter, True H13 HEPA Filter, and Plasma Filtration. Together, they remove up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.1 µm, including allergens and pollutants.
What is the primary function of an air purifier?
Air purifiers clean the air by removing contaminants like dust, pollen, smoke, pet dander, and mold, resulting in fresher and healthier indoor air.
What is a cuckoo filter (technical term)?
In computing, a cuckoo filter is a space-efficient data structure used to test whether an item is in a set. It may return false positives but never false negatives. (Note: This is unrelated to the CUCKOO air purifier brand.)
Do air purifiers consume a lot of electricity?
No. Most air purifiers use between 30 and 250 watts—comparable to or even less than a typical light bulb. The CUCKOO air purifier is energy-efficient and designed for continuous use.
When should I turn off the air purifier?
Generally, you don’t need to turn it off. For best results, especially in polluted environments, keep it on at all times. Many models have auto modes to optimize performance and power use.
Can I use the air purifier with windows open?
Yes, you can run your air purifier with windows open. However, keep in mind that open windows may allow more pollutants inside, so your purifier will need to work harder to maintain clean air.
What are the fan modes available on CUCKOO air purifiers?
The CUCKOO fan offers various modes: Basic, Natural, Sleep, Eco, and Turbo. These modes adjust airflow for comfort, energy savings, or powerful circulation based on your preference.
