Arctic Air Tower-FAQs

Can you run the Arctic Air Tower without water?

Yes, Arctic Air Tower can run without water. Even if the water tank is empty, the damp filter will still provide cooling for a short time.

What are the speed settings on the Arctic Air Tower?

The Arctic Air Tower has four speed settings: Turbo (60W), High (45W), Medium (31W), and Low (27W).

Does the Arctic Air Tower need to be plugged in to work?

Yes, the Arctic Air Tower must be plugged in to operate.

Why does my Arctic Air Tower keep turning off?

This could be due to a low water level. If the water level drops too low, the unit may shut off the misters to prevent damage.

Does the Arctic Air Tower work in high humidity?

The cooling effect is less pronounced in high-humidity areas compared to dry regions. The Arctic Air Tower is designed for small areas up to 45 square feet.

What’s the difference between an air cooler and a tower fan?

Tower fans circulate air, while air coolers draw in hot air and cool it by evaporating water. Air coolers generally provide more significant cooling but require a water supply.

How long does the Arctic Air Tower run on a single fill?

It can run for up to 8 hours on a single water fill, depending on the fan speed.

How do I know when my Arctic Air Tower is charged?

The charge indicator light changes from red to green when the unit is fully charged.

This may indicate shorted thermostat wiring or specific settings that keep the fan running after the cooling cycle ends.

How do I maintain the Arctic Air Tower?

Clean the water tank regularly and check the filter for dirt or damage to ensure optimal performance.
