  • Make sure that the earbuds and your device are close to each other.
  • Search for “K55” from the Bluetooth menu of your device. You will hear “connected” from the earbud, and the LED indicator will turn off once the pairing is successful.

Dartwood True Wireless Gaming Earbuds- FAQs

How do I use my Dartwood True Wireless Gaming Earbuds for the first time?

Press and hold the power button on both earbuds for 3 seconds until the blue light turns on. Then, press the pairing button on the charging case and follow voice prompts to connect to your device via Bluetooth.

What are true wireless earbuds (TWS)?

TWS earbuds are completely wireless, with no cable connecting the left and right earpieces. They communicate wirelessly and often include features like noise cancellation and touch controls.

How do I pair my earbuds with a phone or PC?

Turn on Bluetooth on your device, open the charging case with the earbuds inside, and select “Dartwood TWS” from the available device list. Follow any on-screen instructions for a successful connection.

Can I use gaming earbuds for music?

Yes. Gaming earbuds can provide rich audio and immersive sound for music, though some models prioritize low latency for gaming over deep bass or high-end music fidelity.

How do I activate gaming mode on my earbuds?

Most Dartwood gaming earbuds feature a dedicated gaming mode for low-latency audio. Activate it via the app or by pressing the multifunction button, depending on the model.

Are true wireless gaming earbuds better than regular headphones?

Earbuds are more portable and lightweight, while headphones may provide better noise cancellation and comfort for long sessions. Gaming earbuds are designed for low latency and clear in-game audio.

How long do Dartwood True Wireless Gaming Earbuds last?

The battery life typically supports several hours of continuous use, while the overall lifespan of the earbuds is 1–3 years depending on usage and care.

How do I charge my earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the charging case and connect the case to a power source via USB-C or compatible cable. Most models fully charge in 1–2 hours.

Can I replace the earbud batteries?

No. Most TWS earbuds have built-in, non-replaceable batteries. Proper charging and storage extend battery life.

How do I clean and maintain my earbuds?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and remove debris from the mesh speaker. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions directly on the earbuds.
