DEEBOT T30 OMNI Robot Vacuum-FAQs
How do I set up the DEEBOT T30 OMNI for the first time?
Start by placing the OMNI station on a flat surface near a power outlet. Plug it in, remove all packaging from the robot, and charge it fully. Download the ECOVACS HOME app, connect the robot to Wi-Fi, and follow the in-app instructions to complete mapping and customization. Once mapped, the robot is ready for scheduled or manual cleaning.
Can I use the DEEBOT T30 without the app or Wi-Fi?
Yes. After the initial setup, you can start cleaning using the physical button on the robot. However, without Wi-Fi or the app, you won’t have access to advanced features like scheduling, cleaning customization, or map editing. Basic cleaning functions will still operate normally.
How do I switch between vacuum and mop modes?
Open the ECOVACS HOME app and go to “Smart Cleaning.” Select your preferred cleaning option: Vacuum, Mop, Vacuum & Mop, or Mop After Vacuum. The T30 OMNI automatically adjusts settings based on your chosen mode for optimal floor care.
Does the DEEBOT T30 OMNI vacuum and mop at the same time?
Yes, it supports simultaneous vacuuming and mopping. It can also lift its mop pads when detecting carpets, helping to avoid wetting rugs while maintaining strong suction performance on hard floors.
Can I add cleaning solution or vinegar to the water tank?
It’s recommended to use only official ECOVACS cleaning solutions designed for compatible models. Avoid vinegar, Dettol, or household detergents, as they may damage internal components or leave residue on floors.
Does the DEEBOT T30 OMNI have a camera?
Yes, the T30 series includes advanced navigation with 3D mapping technology and visual recognition. This helps the robot avoid obstacles and create accurate maps of your home.
How often should I run my robot vacuum?
For homes with pets, kids, or heavy foot traffic, daily cleaning is ideal. In lighter-use households, running it 2–3 times a week is usually sufficient to maintain clean floors.
Why is my DEEBOT not vacuuming properly?
Check if the dustbin is full, filters are clogged, or brushes are tangled with hair. Regular maintenance—such as cleaning sensors, filters, and brushes—ensures strong suction and efficient cleaning performance.
How do I clean and maintain the DEEBOT T30 OMNI?
Empty the dustbin regularly (or let the OMNI station auto-empty it), rinse mop pads, clean the main brush, and wipe sensors gently with a dry cloth. Routine maintenance extends the robot’s lifespan and keeps cleaning performance consistent.
