How do I get my Frigidaire ice maker to work?

How do I start the ice maker?

Press the “Ice” or “Ice Maker” button on your model’s control panel to turn the ice maker on. It will display “Ice On” when activated.

The Frigidaire EFIC255 can produce a batch of ice in as little as eight minutes. If left running, it can produce up to 26 pounds of ice per day.

How can I check if my Frigidaire ice maker is on?

Look for the illuminated LED light on the control panel. If it’s on, the ice maker is active. Before the first use, ensure the water supply system is primed.
