Place the Battery. Make sure that the electrode direction is correct.
Downloading the Govee Home App
Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
Connecting to Bluetooth
- Turn on Bluetooth in your phone and get close to the Thermo-Hygrometer.
(Notice: Android device users should turn on Location, and iOS users should tap “Settings – Govee Home – Location – Always” in your phone.) - Open Govee Home, tap•+• icon at the top right corner, and select “H5075”.
- Follow the instructions in the app to complete connecting.
- It shows the Bluetooth connected icon on the LCD screen once the connection is completed.
- Please check the above steps and try again if the connection fails

Troubleshooting
Cannot connect to Bluetooth.
- Make sure Bluetooth on your phone has been turned on.
- Connect to the thermo-hygrometer in the Govee Home app instead of the Bluetooth list on your phone.
- Keep the distance between your phone and the device less than 50m/164ft.
- Keep your phone as close to the device as possible.
- Make sure that Android device users turn on Location and iOS users select “Settings- Govee Home – Location – Always’ in the phone.
Data in the app is not updated.
- Make sure the device is connected to the Govee Home app.
- Make sure that Android device users turn on Location and iOS users select “Settings- Govee Home – Location – Always” in the phone.
Cannot export data in the app.
- Please sign up and log in to your account before exporting data.

- The device should work in an environment with a temperature ranging from 0℃ to 50℃ and humidity from 0% to 99%.

The Govee H5075 offers up to 60m (196 ft) of Bluetooth range, allowing you to check temperature and humidity remotely within that distance.
What temperature and humidity range does the H5075 measure?
It measures temperatures from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) and humidity from typical indoor levels with ±0.54°F and ±3% RH accuracy.
Does the Govee H5075 connect to Wi-Fi?
No. The H5075 works only via Bluetooth. However, you can enable remote Wi-Fi monitoring by pairing it with a Govee Wi-Fi Gateway (models H5151, H5042, H5043, H5044).
How accurate is the Govee H5075?
It uses a Swiss-made sensor with ±0.54°F temperature accuracy and ±3% RH humidity accuracy, updating every 2 seconds.
How long does the H5075 battery last?
Under normal use, batteries last up to 2 years, especially in Long Battery Life mode.

You can perform a salt test—place a salt-water paste and the H5075 in a sealed container for 24 hours. A stable reading around 75% RH indicates good accuracy.
