GROWNSY W3 Bottle Warmer And Sterilizer

Fast & Sterilize:

(Add 80ml/2.70z purified water)
Quickly warm a bottle of milk in 3 = 7 minutes and sterilize the bottle with a timer by steam. Take the bottle out immediately after warming to the right temperature to avoid overheating.
(Note: If you overheat breast milk, valuable nutrients and vitamins may be lost.)

Warming Milk:

(Add purified water to the MAX line mark)

Warming milk for around 6-15 minutes by water bath. The screen shows heating time in minutes. The appliance will “beep” to remind you check whether temp of the milk is ok. Take the bottle out immediately after warming to the right temperature to avoid overheating. Leave the bottle in the warmer for a few more minutes if the temperature is too cold. It will stop automatically after 30 minutes.

(Note: If you overheat breast milk, valuable nutrients and vitamins may be lost.)

If you find this function is not fast enough, please try to use “Fast & Sterilize™ as instead

24H

(Add purified water to the MAX line mark)

Milk is warmed at a slower speed (about an hour) at a set temperature and then kept warm for 24 hours. Defrost a bottle of milk to a liquid state. The screen shows the set temperature in degree centigrade.

Food Heating

(Add purified water to the MAX line mark)

Heating food at the desired set temperature for around an hour (frozen meat puree takes 3 hours) and keep it at a set temperature for 6 hourd Screen shows the set temperature in degrees centigrade.

Note: The top-lid has 2 lift-able window for tall bottles. Pay attention to prevent burns during use. Please don’t touch until it’s cooled down.

Instructions

• Please check all parts ofthis bottle warmer to ensure safetyand cleanliness before using.
• Put the bottle warmer in a horizontal place.
• Make sure that the bottle warmer has been filled with an appropriate amount of distilled water to avoid dry burning before plug in. (Bottle should not be floating after adding water).
• After you plug in the power, the bottle warmer will “beep” to indicate that the power is connected.
• Press the power button. The power light is on.
• Before connecting the power supply, make sure that the supply voltage is the same as the required voltage for the bottle warmer.

The figures are for “fast, milk/food warming, 24H” only; for “Sterilize”, please refer to below.

This bottle warmer has a smart memory function. It will remember last time’s setting to save your trouble to set time again for the next warming.

USAGE 1: Fast Warming

1. Fill the chamber with 80 ml of distilled water and cover the lid. (It is recommended to use distilled/ purified water to prevent scale.
2. Put the milk bottle into the bottle warmer.
3. Press the power button. The power light is on. Then touch the “FAST & STERILIZE” function. The default heating time is 3 minutes. Press “+” “-” to adjust time according to the Reference sheet as follows. This bottle warmer has a smart memory function. It will remember last time’s setting to save your trouble to set time again for the next warming. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finish selecting the function.

4. The bottle warmer will count down automatically,, and the screen shows the remaining heating time. Take the bottle out on time when the time is up to avoid overheating.

5. Before feeding, shake the milk well and make sure the temp is suitable for feeding.

Note:

1. The speed of warming milk depends on the amount of the milk warmed and on its initial temperature, i.e.  room temperature (20°C) or fridge temperature (4°C).
2. When you find the milk is not warm enough, you can place the bottle back into the appliance for a maximum of 0.5-1 minute of extra warming. This will create a slightly warmer result but without overheating.
3. If you leave the bottle in the bottle warmer longer than the time indicated in the settings table, the milk may become overheated.
   Note: If you overheat breast milk, valuable nutrients and vitamins may be lost.
4. Always check the temperature before you feed your baby. Gently shake the bottle or milk storage container and check the temperature of the milk by sprinkling a few drops on the inside of your wrist.

Caution: The water in the bottle warmer might be hot after finishing warming milk/baby food. Be careful that hot water can cause serious burns.

Note:

• Please put lid on while fast warming;
• Add 80ml/2.70z purified water for fast warming *
• Add purified water to MAX for 24H /food heating milk warming.
• Take the baby bottle out in time to avoid overheating;
• The time listed is a recommendation ONLY. This reference sheet does not provide accurate time due to different initial temp/bottle material/ ambient temp etc will impact final milk temp.
• Check the milk temp by sprinkling a few drops on the inside of your wrist:
  1. If the milk temperature is lower than expected, please continue heating for 0.5/1 minute.
  2. If the milk temperature is higher than expected, please cool the milk for a while before feeding.

• Please descale the bottle warmer regularly to prevent malfunctions such as automatic shutdown and inability to warm the milk.

USAGE 2 – STERILIZE

1. Fill the chamber with 80m distilled water and cover the lid. (It is recommended to use distilled/purified water to prevent scale.
2. Put the milk bottle/pacifiers upside down into the basket first, then put them into the bottle warmer.
3. Press the power button, then touch “Fast & Sterilize”. Press “+” “-” to set heating time to 15-20 minutes. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finish selecting the function.

4. The bottle warmer will count down automatically, and the screen shows the remaining sterilizing time.

5. The bottle warmer will automatically turn off once the water dries out. Do not worry about the safety because the GROWNSY bottle warmer is built with Anti Dry Heating function. Slightly touching the power button can help you stop sterilization.

*Note:

Function “Fast & Sterilize” is designed for both fast warming and sterilizing by steam; all you need to do is set a different time to suit your purpose.

Milk Warming & Defrosting

1. Pour distilled water into the bottle warmer to the scale line of the portable basket (the scale line is inside the basket). Take out the milk bottle from the refrigerator and place it into the bottle warmer.

    

2. Touch the power button and then choose the “Milk Warming” function. Touch “+/-” to choose the volume of the milk to be warmed. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finish selecting the function.

3. The screen shows the warming time after the warmer works. It will “beep” to remind you to check whether milk is ready. Check the temperature by sprinkling a few drops on the inside of your wrist. If you find the temperature is not warm enough, put the bottle back to warm extra 1-2 minutes.

4. Before feeding, shake the milk well and make sure the temp is suitable for feeding.Please take the milk out in time when warming is done to prevent overheating. The heating time depends on the material of your bottles and the original temperature of the milk. The referenced time is as follows:

The dates above are based on the milk temp between 3-7 C and the initial water temp at 20 C The time listed is a recommendation ONLY. This reference sheet does not provide accurate time.

*Note:

1. If you are in a hurry, the “Fast & Sterilize” function can help you heat milk more quickly by steam. ( milk warming heat by water bath)
2. If you don’t need to feed immediately, please use the 24H function. Put your bottle around half an hour early into the bottle warmer and select the 24H function to help to keep the perfect temperature.
3. The machine will stop working automatically after 30 minutes.

Constant Warming Milk at 37°C/98.6°F

1. Pour distilled water into the bottle warmer to the scale line of the portable basket.(the scale line is inside the basket). Take out the milk bottle from the refrigerator and place it into the bottle warmer.

2. Touch the power button, then choose the ” 241 ” function. The default temp is 37 C/98.6 F, and you can also adjust the temperature you need by touching”+” and”-“buttons. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finish selecting the function.

3. The screen shows set temperature flashes in degree centigrade after warmer works. Milk will be ready in about an hour and the set temperature stays on.

4. Before feeding, shake the milk well and make sure the temp is suitable for feeding.

5. The bottle warmer will precisely keep the milk and water at the target temperature for 24 hours in“ 24H E to fit every baby’s preferences and to avoid overheating or being too cold. (It is not recommended to heat breast milk for too long.

*Note:

1. The warmer will stop working automatically after 24 hours of constant warming.
2. You can adjust the temperature from 37 to 60 C (98-140 TF) when using the 24H function.
3. At this setting, you can warm your milk at a slow pace and keep it warm at the right temperature. E.g., to warm a bottle of 40z milk starting from room temperature, it will take 15-20 minutes. The warming time may be longer or shorter, depending on the milk volumes and starting temperature.

Heating Food at 60°C/140°F

1. Pour distilled water into the bottle warmer to the scale line (the scale line is inside the bottle warmer).

2. Put the baby food in a heat-resistant container and then put it into the bottle warmer.

3. Touch the power button, then choose the”Food Heating” function to heat food. The default temp is 60 °C/140 F, and you can also adjust the temperature you need by touching the “+” and “-” buttons. The bottle warmer will start working automatically in 3 seconds after you finish selecting the function.

4. The screen shows set temperature flashes in degree centigrade after warmer works. Food will be ready in about an hour (frozen meat puree takes 3 hours), and the set temperature stays on.

5. Before heating and feeding, please remember to stir the food well and make sure the food can be heated evenly.

*Note:

1. You can adjust the temperature from 60 to 90 °C (140-194 F) when using the food heating function.
2. The machine will stop working automatically after 6 hours of food warming.

CAUTION

Cleaning

1. Unplug the bottle warmer and make sure it’s cooling down before cleaning.

2. Do not immerse the working base for cleaning.

3. It is recommended to use distilled water to prevent scale. Acetic acid or other descalers can help you clean the scale efficiently.

Descaling

It is recommended to descale the bottle warmer every four weeks to ensure it continues to work efficiently.

1. Mix 10g citric acid cleaner with 200ml/70z of cold water to descale the bottle warmer. Turn on the bottle warmer, select the STERILIZING FUNCTION, then wait for 2-3 minutes after boiling; the descaling is completed.
2. Mix 50ml/1.7 oz of white vinegar with 100ml/3.50 oz of cold water to descale the bottle warmer. Switch on the bottle warmer, select the MILK WARMING FUNCTION, and wait for 10 minutes. Leave the solution in the bottle warmer until all scale has dissolved.

*Note:

1. Never dry out.
2. Do not use other types of descalers.
