Troubleshooting

1. Check if the receiver is properly connected to the computer and that the bottom switch of the keyboard is turned ON.
2. Try connecting the receiver to another USB port on your computer.
3. Try rebooting your computer.
4. If it still does not work, try connecting the keyboard to another computer.
