Installation Instructions
The wall must be able to support at least three times the weight of the camera. The product is compatible with both ceiling and wall mounting.
Installation steps:
- Drill holes into the wall.
- Insert expansion screws (not required for wooden walls).
- Secure the bracket with screws.

FAQ
What if the device is offline?
- Check if the Wi-Fi signal is normal (currently, the camera only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi).
- Detect whether the device is offline because of no power. You need to charge the device; it is recommended to use a DC5V/2A adapter.
- Short-press SYNC once after the device is fully charged and the blue light is on. If the blue light of the device is not on, long-press SYNC for more than 6 seconds to reset and rewire the network.
What if I don’t receive alarm messages?
If you notice that the camera detects events but your phone does not receive notifications, please check whether message push is enabled in your app settings and if your phone has granted notification permissions for the app.
What if the charge doesn’t respond?
- Check if the power adapter and charging TYPE-C cable are bad; it is recommended to use a DC5V/2A adapter.
- The blue light is always on after charging, and it takes 4–8 hours to charge fully.
- The blue light is not always on after charging up.
Equipment cannot be added.
- It is recommended to charge the new device for 4–8 hours, and it is recommended to use a DC5V/2A adapter.
- Check whether the Wi-Fi signal is normal. Currently, the camera only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi and does not support dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G and 5G).
- Make sure the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly. If there is any problem with all of the above steps, contact customer service for troubleshooting.
