Noorio B310 Outdoor 2K Floodlight Camera- FAQs
1. How do I reset my Noorio B310 Floodlight Camera?
Press and hold the reset button located on the top of the camera for about 5–10 seconds. You’ll hear a voice prompt saying, “Device reset successfully.” The LED will flash blue, indicating the camera is ready for setup again through the Noorio app.
2. How do I connect the Noorio B310 to Wi-Fi?
Open the Noorio app, add a new device, and follow the setup prompts. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, not 5GHz, and that your router’s SSID and password are entered correctly. Place the camera within a good signal range for best connectivity.
3. Can the Noorio B310 connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No. The Noorio B310 supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4GHz signal, which provides a stronger range for outdoor cameras.
4. How do I reset the camera if there is no reset button?
If your model has no visible reset button, open the Noorio app, go to Device Settings → Reset or Restore Factory Settings, and confirm. This method resets the camera without pressing a physical button.
5. Why is my Noorio B310 not connecting to Wi-Fi?
Check that the camera has power and that you’re entering the correct Wi-Fi password. Make sure your router is close enough and not blocked by thick walls or metal objects. Restart your router and camera, then try reconnecting through the app.
6. How can I tell if my floodlight camera is working properly?
When powered, the camera’s LED should light up or flash. You can also check the Noorio app live view to confirm if the feed is active. If there’s no signal, ensure the camera has power and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
7. How far can the Noorio B310 connect from the Wi-Fi router?
On average, the camera works well within 150 meters (490 feet) in open outdoor spaces. Indoors or with obstacles like walls, the range reduces to about 50 meters (160 feet).
8. Why is my camera showing a black screen or no image?
A loose or damaged cable, weak power supply, or poor Wi-Fi signal can cause video loss. Check connections, ensure the floodlight is powered, and restart the camera.
9. How do I perform a soft reset on my camera?
To do a soft reset, briefly press the reset button for less than 5 seconds. This refreshes the system and resolves minor setup or connectivity issues without erasing all settings.
