How do I set up the Noorio H100 Smart Hub?
Plug the hub into a power outlet using the provided adapter. Then, connect it to your Wi-Fi router using the included Ethernet cable. Once powered on, the hub will automatically start searching for compatible Noorio devices. Complete setup in the Noorio app by following the on-screen instructions.
How do I connect devices to my Noorio Smart Hub?
Open the Noorio app, go to Device Settings, and choose Add Device. Ensure the new device is powered on and close to the hub. The hub will detect and pair it automatically.
Does the Noorio H100 Smart Hub require internet to work?
The hub can perform basic functions like storing and managing local footage without internet access. However, features such as remote viewing, app control, and cloud access require an internet connection.
Why is my Noorio camera not connecting to Wi-Fi?
Make sure your Wi-Fi router is functioning properly and that you’re using a 2.4GHz network (channels 1–11). Double-check the Wi-Fi password and ensure it only contains English letters. If problems persist, restart both the camera and the router before reconnecting.
How do I reset the Noorio H100 Smart Hub to factory settings?
Press and hold the Sync button on the hub for several seconds until you hear, “Device reset successfully.” The indicator light will flash blue, showing it’s ready to be set up again via the Noorio app.
