  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. This appliance is not intended to be used by children.
  • Keep items with a magnetic field away from the unit. Items such as radios, televisions, automatic banking cards, and cassette tapes can affect the unit’s operation.
  • Do not operate the appliance on any metal (iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) platform.
  • To disconnect completely, turn OFF and unplug the Induction Cooktop.
  • Unplug from the wall outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the unit to cool completely before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact RAZORRI customer service for examination, repair, or adjustment.
  • Using attachments or accessories other than those supplied by RAZORRI can create a hazard. Do not use incompatible parts.
  • Do not use outdoors or while standing in a damp area.
  • Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place it on or near a hot burner or hot gas, or in a heated oven.
  • Do not operate your appliance in or under a cabinet. When storing in a cabinet, always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Not doing so could create a risk of fire, especially if the appliance touches the walls of the cabinet or the door touches the unit as it closes.
  • Do not use appliances other than for their intended use.
  • Do not cook on a broken cooktop. If the cooktop is broken, cleaning solutions and spills may penetrate the broken cooktop and create a risk of electric shock.
  • Dry outside of the pan before use.
  • Do not heat empty containers on the cooktop surface.
  • Use only with induction-compatible cookware.
  • Only pans containing ferromagnetic materials can be identified and heated. We strongly recommend that pots and pans used in our products have the following characteristics.
  • The bottom of the pot is flat.
  • The effective diameter is greater than 5.5 inches.
  • Not larger than the effective heating area of the product.
  • During use, the food volume in the pot should be appropriate; otherwise, the product may be damaged by overflowing.
  • When in use, keep the hot plate a minimum of 4–6 inches away from walls or cabinets for proper ventilation. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface and in a well-ventilated area. Place the appliance on a dry and horizontal surface. Do not block the cool air inlet and fan.
  • A fire may occur if the Induction Cooktop is covered or touching flammable material, such as curtains, draperies, walls, etc., while in operation.
  • Do not place metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons, lids, cans, and aluminum foil on the cooktop.
  • Do not place any flammable materials in or on the Induction cooker, such as paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.
  • Always pull the plug out from the wall outlet. Never pull on the cord to remove it from the wall outlet.
  • If the electric circuit in use is overloaded with other appliances, this appliance may not operate properly. The appliance should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other operating appliances.
  • Clean the appliance regularly, as a build-up of grease poses a fire hazard.
  • Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces may break off the pad and damage electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock. Metal scouring pads may also damage the finish.
  • Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Clean the cooktop with caution. If a wet sponge or cloth is used to wipe spills on a hot cooking area, be careful to avoid steam burn. Some cleaners can produce noxious fumes if applied to a hot surface.
  • Do not attempt to move the appliance with cookware on top.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving any pot or pan containing hot oil or other hot liquids from this appliance.
  • Do not place objects heavier than 25 pounds on the Cooktop surface.

Choose the proper cookware.

Your Induction Cooktop will not operate without the proper cookware. Read the following information carefully to get maximum efficiency from your cooking unit. Suitable cookware materials are iron, cast iron, enameled iron, steel, or stainless steel. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of your cookware, the cookware will work on your RAZORRI Induction Cooktop.

The bottom of the cookware must:

  • It is made of a ferromagnetic material. If the cookware bottom is made of a material containing only low ferrous magnetic content, the cooktop will display the error code indicating the cookware is not suitable for induction cooking.
  • Have a solid and flat bottom surface with a minimum bottom diameter of 5.5 inches.
  • Be well connected to the cooktop.

Note: Do not use cookware made out of glass, ceramic, copper, aluminum, or any other non-magnetic stainless steel bottom.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

This unit offers both P (Power) and C (Temperature) Modes for precise and efficient cooking, along with a 99-minute timer. Note: Do not use the included Iron Cast Griddle Pan under P Mode in case of any high-temperature damage.

Activate the Appliance

  1. Place the Induction Cooktop on a dry, sturdy, level, and heat-resistant surface.
  2. Leave at least 4 inches of space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
  3. Plug the power cord into an available power outlet. The LED will display ‘- -’.
  4. Note: Before turning the cooktop on, make sure the ingredients are in the compatible cookware, and the cookware is centered on the cooktop alignment guide.
  5. Press any Power Button to turn it on. The appliance will beep once, and the LED will display ‘on’.

P Mode (Power Mode) Operation

  1. After powering on, rotate the Adjustment Knob to the desired Power Mode level (P1–P7) for each burner. The appliance will start to heat, and the fan on the bottom will start to intake cool air. The default power level is P5.
  2. Press the Power Button again to turn the appliance off after cooking. The induction cooktop will beep once, and the LED will display ‘- -’. The fan will continue to intake air until the appliance cools down. For faster cooling, do not unplug the appliance until the fan stops.

Right Pan Mode

Note: Right Pan Mode activates the right burner in C Mode (temperature) while keeping the left burner in P Mode. Both burners are controlled independently. Tips: Use your own pan on the right burner under Right Pan Mode so you can cook and grill at the same time.

  1. After powering on, press the Right Pan button to enter the Right Pan Mode. The appliance will beep once, and the right LED will display ‘C0’.
  2. Dial the Right Adjustment Knob to the desired C Mode level (C1–C5). The appliance starts working, and the fan at the bottom starts to intake cool air.
  3. After powering on, turn the Left Adjustment Knob to the desired P Mode level (P1–P7). The selected Power Mode level will appear on the left LED Display.
  4. Press each Power Button again to turn off each side’s burner. Please confirm both burners are off and the LED displays ‘- -’ after cooking is finished.

P (Power) Mode vs. C (Temperature) Mode

If a specific cooking temperature is not required, we suggest using P Mode instead of C Mode. To quickly bring a pot of water to a boil, use a higher power level setting. For frying or browning food, C Mode is preferred because the built-in microprocessor monitors and regulates the cookware temperature to the preset temperature. Frying or browning food using Power Mode may overheat the cookware, and in some cases, extremely high temperatures may damage your cookware or cooktop.

99-Minute Automatic Timer

  1. The timer may be used under either Mode.
  2. Press the Timer Button while the appliance is working. The default timer is 30 minutes, with the LED displaying ‘30’.
  3. Turn the Adjustment Knob to set the desired cooking time (1–99 minutes; the left and right timers sync together under Entire Pan C Mode). The LED display will flash for 5 seconds with the selected time to confirm the timer is set.
  4. While the timer is running, the LED flashes with the selected level and the preset timing until the timer ends. Long-press the Timer Button to cancel the timer.
  5. When the preset timer ends, the induction cooktop beeps once, and the LED will display ‘- -’.

Note: The timer will not display a countdown to let you know how many minutes are remaining. It will only display the original timer setting for you.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug the unit and confirm it has cooled down completely before cleaning and storing.

  • Turn OFF the Induction Cooktop and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Wait for the Induction Cooktop to cool down completely before cleaning.
  • Clean the body of the Induction Cooktop with a damp cloth using a non-abrasive household detergent. Wipe it clean.
  • Clean the Induction Cooktop surface with household cleaning powder and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Let dry before next use.
  • Commercial cleaners made specifically for Induction Cooktops are recommended, as they help preserve the original finish of the Induction Cooktop.
  • After the product is used for a long time, the Cool Air Inlet and Warm Air Outlet may gather some dust or other dirt. Clean it with a soft brush or a small vacuum cleaner.

CAUTION:

  • Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
  • Do not immerse any part of the appliance or power cord in water or any other liquid.
  • The electric burner is not dishwasher safe.

Razorri ICG01A Comodo Electric Induction Cooktop-FAQS

Is the Razorri Comodo induction cooktop good for daily cooking?

Yes, it is suitable for everyday tasks like boiling, frying, simmering, and reheating. It offers fast heating, precise temperature control, and energy efficiency for regular home use.

What type of cookware works on this induction cooktop?

Only induction-compatible cookware with a magnetic base works. Stainless steel and cast iron are ideal. Aluminum, copper, glass, or ceramic cookware will not heat.

Does an induction cooktop use a lot of electricity?

No. Induction cooking is more energy-efficient than gas or electric coils because heat is generated directly in the pan, reducing power loss.

What does the E1 error mean on an induction cooktop?

The E1 error usually indicates overheating or improper cookware placement. Turn the unit off, let it cool, and ensure a flat, compatible pan is centered on the cooking zone.

How do I reset the induction cooktop?

Unplug the cooktop from the power outlet, wait about 30 seconds, and plug it back in. This clears most temporary error codes.

Can I cook rice, noodles, or eggs on this cooktop?

Yes. You can easily cook rice, boil noodles, fry eggs, and prepare everyday meals using appropriate power or temperature settings.

What are the disadvantages of induction cooking?

Induction cooktops require special cookware and may have a higher upfront cost. They also heat very quickly, so careful control is needed to avoid burning food.

How long does an induction cooktop typically last?

With proper care, induction cooktops can last 10–15 years or around 10,000 operating hours.
