Q1. How do I connect my RK100 keyboard?
Slide the B/G switch to “B” for Bluetooth mode, turn the keyboard on, then press FN + Q/W/E to pair with your device.
Q2. How do I switch the keyboard backlight on or off?
Press FN + Backlight key to toggle the backlight. Use FN + Page Up/Page Down to adjust brightness, or press the backlight button three times to turn it off.
Q3. Does the RK100 require software to work?
No. The keyboard works without software for typing. Optional software is only needed if you want to reprogram keys or customize macros.
Q4. How do I reset the RK100 keyboard?
Press FN + Spacebar to restore default settings, including RGB lighting and key functions.
Q5. How do I change the LED lighting mode or color?
Press FN + | (located near the top-right corner) to cycle through lighting modes. FN + Page Up/Page Down adjusts brightness.
Q6. How do I switch between Windows and Mac layouts?
Press FN + A to toggle to Windows mode, or FN + Z for Mac mode.
Q7. How do I check or charge the keyboard battery?
Connect the keyboard via USB to charge. The red LED turns off when fully charged. Battery life varies based on usage.
Q8. How do I fix the keyboard if it’s not typing or connecting?
Check the battery, ensure it’s powered on, confirm Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz dongle mode, and try re-pairing. Reset with FN + Spacebar if needed.
