Chapter 1 Basics
Introduction
- The SLIDE SW375 is a high-performance, lightweight, and fashionable smartwatch. Designed to work seamlessly with your phone, you can make and receive calls, get notifications, and more. In addition, it can help you learn more about your health, and provide professional fitness guidance, with useful features like heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, workout monitoring and more.
In the box
Wearing your watch
- To ensure the accuracy of fitness and health measurements, wear the watch on your wrist with direct contact to your skin. It should fit comfortably, but be tight enough to be sure it is secure during exercise.
- Insert the strap’s button into the hole that fits your wrist best, and fasten it. Extra strap material can be tucked into the slot next to the button

Charging your watch
- Before charging, make sure the charging port is clean and dry.
- Using other companies’ chargers may result in slow charging and/or overheating. Use the included USB charging cable.
- Step 1: Align the charging pins of the USB charger with the charging contacts of the smartwatch, and place the smartwatch into the charging case to secure it.
- Step 2: Connect the USB end of the charging case to a USB power source. When connected successfully, you will see the charging indication on the watch screen
Charging time
- It takes about 2 hours to fully charge your watch. Remove your watch from the charging cable once it is fully charged.
Locking and waking your watch screen
- Touch gestures will not work when your watch screen is locked. This is to prevent accidental operation.
- Locking the screen
- To lock the screen, press the HOME button once to return to the watch face, and again to lock the screen.
- Waking the screen
- To wake the screen, press the HOME button, and you will see the watch face activate
Chapter 2 Getting started
Pairing with your phone and the SLIDE Fitness app
- Installing the SLIDE Fitness App
- SLIDE Fitness is an application specially designed for SW375, which allows users to access more features for the watch.
- To download the SLIDE Fitness, use your phone camera to scan the QR code shown below, and tap the pop-up link ( You can also view the QR code by tapping the QR icon on the settings, or the icon on the shortcut menu of the watch). In addition, you can also search for “SLIDE Fitness” in the Google Play Store (for Android users) or Apple App Store (for iOS users). Then follow the onscreen instructions to install the SLIDE Fitness App.
Getting in Sync
- Step 1. Enable System notification access in your device’s settings (For iPhone, tap I next to the SLIDE_LE bluetooth connection.).
- Step 2. Open the SLIDE Fitness app, tap Health > >Messages, and Sync contacts to select which notifications you want to receive.
- Make sure you’ve enabled access to your contacts and notifications (If not prompted for notifications access, these steps are not necessary). Your phone and watch should now be synced with the app. Now you’ll be able to answer or make phone calls, read phone notifications, and more. Android and iOS device settings may vary. Check the above device settings to ensure your watch has access to your phone’s Contacts and Notifications.
Chapter 3 Phone Calls and Messaging
- Now that you have paired and synced your watch with your phone, when you receive a call or message, your watch will vibrate, ring and display the caller’s number and name.
- Notes: Incoming calls and messages will be displayed on your watch in the same way the information is displayed on your phone. If the caller or message sender is unknown, the phone number will be displayed. If you have the number saved in your contacts, the caller’s name will be displayed.
Answering an incoming call
- Answer a call: When you hear or feel the call notification, raise your wrist to see who’s calling. Tap the Answer button on the screen to talk using the built-in microphone and speaker
- You can raise or lower the in-call volume on the watch through your connected device’s volume control
Sleep tracking
- The sensor in the watch is capable of tracking your sleep quality when you wear it, including sleep duration as well as different sleep cycle phases.
Start Sleep tracking
- Before you sleep, wear your watch, then open the Sleep Monitor app in the main menu. It can automatically detect when you fall asleep, wake up, and whether you are in light or deep sleep.
Checking your heart rate
- Your watch features an optical heart rate sensor, which can continuously monitor and record your heart rate throughout the day to help you keep track of your health and fitness.
Start heart rate measurement
- Wear your watch while keeping still.
- Open the Heart Rate (HR) App in the main menu to start heart rate measurement. Your watch will display your heart rate in real time.
- Note: To ensure an accurate heart rate, make sure the watch is securely fastened and the heart rate sensor contacts your skin directly without any obstructions.
- When wearing the watch and using the app, your heart rate will be measured and updated once per minute.

Chapter 5 Apps
Bluetooth Music
The BT Music app allows you to control and play your phone’s music through your watch.
- Ensure the watch is paired with your phone and the SLIDE Fitness App. Open the music app of your choice, and the song or podcast you want to listen to (If you skip this step, the watch will just resume what you were last listening to).
- Open the BT Music app in the main menu to start remote music control
Find my phone
- If you forget where you left your phone, you can use this feature to locate it with your watch. To enable this feature, ensure that the watch is connected to your phone and the SLIDE Fitness App.
- Tap the icon in the Shortcut menu or open the Find Phone app in the main menu to enter the Find Phone screen, and tap. If your phone is within Bluetooth range, it will play a tone (even in Silent mode) to alert you of its location.
Chapter 6 Settings and adjustments
Basic settings
- Clock settings
- When your watch is connected to your phone and the SLIDE Fitness App, your watch’s system time will be synchronized with the time on your phone automatically.
- Volume settings
- When your watch is connected to your phone and the SLIDE Fitness App, your watch’s volume can be adjusted by your phone’s volume control.
- Wake up gesture settings
- Make sure your watch is connected to your phone and the SLIDE Fitness App. Open the SLIDE Fitness app on your phone, tap Health >
> Settings to enter the watch settings. Tap
to enable the “Screen Activates When Raised” feature. When the watch screen is locked. Lift your wrist to look at the watch, and the screen will activate.
Alarm settings
- Make sure your watch is connected to your phone and the SLIDE Fitness App. Open the SLIDE Fitness app on your phone and tap Health >
>Alarm to enter alarm settings.
- Tap
to turn the alarm on, and tap Time to edit alarm settings. Tap Save to save your settings. You can repeat step 2 to set multiple alarms.
Changing the watch face
You can change the watch face with either of these methods:
- Method 1: Touch and hold on the watch face to access the watch face selection menu. Swipe left and right to navigate through the menu, select your desired picture, and tap it to change the watch face.
- Method 2: Open the SLIDE Fitness app in your phone, tap Health >
> to enter the watch face screen, and choose your desired picture as the watch face
Replacing the strap
- Pull and slide the strap outwards to remove your current strap. As seen in the figure below, insert your new strap into the strap slot, then push and slide it inwards to attach it

Care and maintenance
- Cleaning your watch
- You should keep your watch and wrist clean and dry. Turn the watch off if cleaning is needed. Clean the exterior surface of the watch with a soft and slightly damp cloth. It is also recommended that you clean the dust from its gaps regularly.
- Maintaining the watch face
- Your watch’s face is made of scratch-resistant glass and ceramic with a high degree of durability. It can withstand normal wear and tear, but you should not drop it or expose it to excessive force or sharp objects such as knives and stones.
Safety Precautions
- Avoid dropping.
- Do not disassemble this device.
- Do not expose this device to rain or moisture, or submerge it in water.
- Ideal temperatures are 0°C to 35°C. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Keep the device away from excessive heat, such as sunshine, fire or the like.
- Do not use the device outdoors during thunderstorms.
- Use original or certified cables.
- Do not use any corrosive cleaners/oils to clean.
- Keep out of reach of children. It contains small parts that may be a choking hazard.
