The Probuds combine comfort and quality, offering hands-free listening and phone calls as well as a variety of features and unrivalled comfort. These earphones are ideal for practically any occasion, and the supplied small charging case is ideal for keeping up with your daily activities. Freedom had never felt so amazing as it did with the Probuds. These Bluetooth earphones have a built-in microphone and a standby time of over 40 hours.
Probuds V2 Pairing
- Pick up both Probuds V2 earbuds from the Probuds V2 charging case. They will begin auto-pairing to each other.
- Keep the Probuds V2 earbuds within 3 feet of your smart device (for Bluetooth pairing only.) Enable your device’s Bluetooth function from its Settings menu. Select “Soundmates” from the Bluetooth device list to pair the earbuds to your device.
- Once paired, you will hear “Device Connected.” Probus V2 Pairing complete!
- Your Soulmates are now ready to use!
BLUETOOTH PAIRING INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will begin auto-pairing to each other.
- Keep the earbuds within 3 feet of your smart device (for Bluetooth pairing only.) Enable your device’s Bluetooth function from its Settings menu. Select Soundmates” from the Bluetooth device list to pair the earbuds to your device. Once paired, you will hear “Device Connected Your Soundmates are now ready to use!

How do I reset my Probuds v2?
- If your Soundmates won’t pair to each other, place them back in the charging case. When you remove them from the case again, they will auto-pair.
- Reset Master Earbud: Press and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds until the LEDs flash RED and BLUE alternately.
- If Probuds V2 earbuds are re-connectable, Probuds V2 Reset is complete!

How do I control the volume on Probuds v2?
- Increase volume: Press the multi-function button 2 times consecutively, holding the button down at the second push.
- Decrease volume: Press the multi-function button 3 times consecutively, holding the button down at the third push.

- They will automatically begin to charge. The LEDs will turn solid red while charging. The LED on the bottom of the case will turn White
