Pairing With Your Devices
- Remove earbuds from the case.
- Open the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and click on “Tzumi Soundmates Pro”.
- Your device should now be paired and ready for use.
Charging
- Place earbuds in case and they will automatically begin charging if the case has remaining power.
- The indicator light on the charging case will be green while charging.
- The earbuds LED will light red while the earbuds are charging and will turn off once fully charged.
- After full charge, all four lights on the case will remain on.
- Recharge carry case via the included USB-C cable.
Power On/Off
- SoundMates PRO “power on” automatically when removed from the case and “power off” when put in cas
Voice Assistant
- Press L earbud for 2 seconds to activate.
Music
- Play/Pause: Double-tap R or L earbud
- Last Song: Three taps to L earbud
- Next Song: Three taps to R earbud
ANC Mode
- Press R earbud for 2 seconds to activate Noise Canceling mode, press 2 seconds again to deactivate
Reset Earbud Pairing
- Remove the right earbud from the case and press on the earbud for approximately 10 seconds until red LED light blinks 5 times.
- Put earbuds back into case and remove again. When you hear “power on”, the earbuds are now ready to pair.
- After the Earbuds are paired, the right earbud will blink in green and red.
- Open the bluetooth pairing list on your phone and click on “Tzumi Soundmates Pro” to connect your phone.

How do I turn on Soundmates Pro ANC?
Simply remove the earbuds from the charging case to turn them on automatically. Alternatively, you can press and hold either the right (R) or left (L) earbud for 2 seconds until you hear “Power On.”
Why do my Soundmates ANC keep disconnecting?
Check your Bluetooth connection to ensure the earbuds are properly paired with your device. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds to your device.
How do I know when my Soundmates are fully charged?
When charging, the LED on the earbuds will glow red. Once fully charged, the LED will turn off. Additionally, the LED on the bottom of the charging case will turn white when the case is fully charged.
How do I charge Tzumi earbuds?
It takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge your earbuds. Use the provided Micro USB cable to connect the earbuds to a USB port on a computer, laptop, or AC adapter wall charger.
Can I use just one earbud?
Yes, you can use one earbud at a time. Simply remove one earbud from the charging case, and the other can remain in the case for charging.
How long do Soundmates take to charge?
Soundmates take approximately 90 minutes to fully charge from a depleted state.
How do I enable ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) mode?
To activate ANC, press and hold the force sensor on either earbud until you hear a chime. This will toggle between Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency mode, and Off.
