Setup
- Download the Wyze app and sign in or create an account.

- Connect the camera to a power outlet and wait for 15 seconds until the status light flashes red.
- Press the SETUP button for 3 seconds until a voice prompt sounds.
- Open the Wyze app and tap the + sign in the top left corner of the Home tab. Tap Add Device > Cameras > Wyze Cam Pan v3 and then follow the instructions.

The device is powered on and initializing.
Flashing red light
The device is ready to connect.
Flashing red and blue lights
Connection is in progress.

The device is connected and finishing setup.

Yes. The camera can record to a microSD card without Wi-Fi, but motion alerts, live streaming, and other smart features require a Wi-Fi connection.

The camera rotates 360° horizontally and tilts 180° vertically. Motion detection range depends on placement and environment, but custom zones can limit alerts to specific areas.
