Aqara W100 Climate Sensor
Product Introduction
Climate Sensor W100 is a high-precision temperature and humidity sensor with a screen that supports Zigbee and Thread dual protocols. The device can monitor and record ambient temperature and humidity in real time, and can be associated with an extra temperature and humidity sensor. The three custom buttons can be used to control other smart home devices, and they also support binding with thermostat devices for wireless control. At the same time, the device also supports access to the Matter ecosystem or access to the Aqara Home with the Aqara hub, so as to provide a more convenient smart home experience with other smart devices.

Warnings
WARNING: Do not swallow the battery, chemical burn hazard!
- This product contains a button battery. If the button battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and may lead to death.
- Replacing the battery with an incorrect type may result in a risk of fire or explosion. Only a battery of the same or equivalent type may be used for replacement.
- Regardless of whether the battery is new or old, keep it out of reach of children.
- If the battery compartment cannot be locked, please stop using the product and keep it out of reach of children.
- If you think you may have swallowed a battery or placed a battery inside your body, seek medical attention immediately.

- This product is for indoor use only and should be placed away from direct sunlight, shelter, or heat sources.
Installation Method
- With a desktop stand
- With a wall bracket/On a magnetic surface. Only available for the TH-S04D model.
- With a screw kit
Quick Setup
Access to Aqara Home
- Search for “Aqara Home” in the app store or scan the QR code below to download the “Aqara Home” app.
- Power on
Remove the battery insulation film and wait for the device to power on.
- Add device
Open the Aqara Home app, click “+” in the upper right corner of the homepage, and select the device accordingly.
* If the addition fails, move the device close to the hub and try again.
* Make sure that there is a hub that supports this device (such as Hub M3) under the Aqara account, and it is within the connection range when using it.
Access to the 3rd-Party Matter ecosystem
Method 1
- Please make sure you have installed the Matter-compatible app and have a Matter-compatible Thread border router.
- After the device is powered on, the indicator light will begin to flash slowly, indicating that the device has entered network setting mode.
- Open the Matter-enabled app, scan the Matter QR code on the instruction manual or product, or enter the setup code to add the device to the app.
Method 2
After adding the device to Aqara Home app, click “Matter Ecosystem” on the settings page, and follow the prompts to join, synchronize device-specific actions (such as single click, long press) to the Matter platform that supports “wireless switch” and “temperature and humidity sensor” device types (such as Apple Home, Home Assistant), and trigger automation and scenes.

Button Operations
Setting Item Switch
You can adjust the settings by pressing the “o” button. After selecting a setting item, use the “+” or “-” button to adjust the corresponding parameters.
Child Lock
After activation, the device’s button operations will be disabled, effectively preventing accidental operation by children.

*The above is the button interaction description when binding an Aqara thermostat device. When the thermostat is not bound, the user can customize the three-button interaction operations.
