WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties, cords, a nd packaging screws are not part of this toy and should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE:
Please save this Instruction Manual as it contains important information.
CAUTION
This package contains small screws. Adult assembly required. For your child’s safety, do not let your child play with the toy until it is fully assembled.
If there are no locks inside the package, disregard this message.
Removing the Packaging Locks:

- Turn the packaging locks anticlockwise several times.
- Pull out the packaging locks and discard.
INSTRUCTIONS
Battery Removal And Installation

- Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
- Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the Stock Car. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover.
- If used batteries are present, remove them from the unit by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 2 new AAA (AM-4/LR03) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended.)
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
WARNING
Adult assembly required for battery installation. Keep batteries out of reach of children.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in n fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
Disposal of batteries and products
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbols on products and batteries, or on their respective packaging, indicatethey must not be disposed of in domestic waste as they contain substances that can be damaging to the environment and human health.

The chemical symbols Hg, Cd, and Pb, where marked, indicate that the battery contains more than the specified value of mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), or lead (Pb) set out in the Batteries and Accumulators Regulation.
The solid bar indicates that the product was placed on the market after 13th August, 2005. Help protect the environment by disposing of your product or batteries responsibly.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
With the Toot-Toot Drivers® Fix and Fuel Garage, safety comes first. To ensure your child’s safety, adult assembly is required.
- Assemble and attach the car wash and ground floor components following the steps below:
- Insert the two Car Wash Supports into the Car Wash Base, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm the supports and base are firmly connected. Then insert the Car Wash Roller between the two supports as shown.

- Attach the Ground Floor Support to the Ground Floor Base, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm the support and base are firmly connected. Attach the Main Support to the Ground Floor Base as shown. Tighten it with three screws to secure.

- Attach the Car Wash to the Ground Floor Base, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Insert the two Car Wash Supports into the Car Wash Base, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm the supports and base are firmly connected. Then insert the Car Wash Roller between the two supports as shown.
- Assemble and attach the first floor components following the steps below:
- Attach the Repair Lift and the First Floor Support to the First Floor Platform, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Sliding Track E to the First Floor Platform, as shown below. Tighten it with two screws to secure.

- Attach the First Floor Platform to the Car Wash Supports, Ground Floor Support, and Main Support, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Repair Lift and the First Floor Support to the First Floor Platform, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.
- Assemble and attach second-floor components following the steps below:
- Attach the Tuning Station Roof to the Tuning Station Support, as shown below, then attach the Tuning Station Support and Tuning Station Plate to the Second Floor Platform as shown. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Second Floor Platform to the First Floor Support and Main Support, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Tuning Station Roof to the Tuning Station Support, as shown below, then attach the Tuning Station Support and Tuning Station Plate to the Second Floor Platform as shown. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.
- Assemble and attach the sliding track components following the steps below:
- Insert the Floor Sign Support into the Floor Sign Plate, and then insert it into the Sliding Track A, as shown below. Insert the Track Splitter into Sliding Track B as shown. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm that the Track Splitter and the Track B are firmly connected.

- Connect the Sliding Track C and Sliding Track D, and then attach Sliding Track D to the Ground Floor Base, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Sliding Track B to the Sliding Track C, the First Floor Platform,, rm and the Main Support, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Sliding Tracks A to the Sliding Track B, Main Support, rt, and the Second Floor Platform, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Insert the Floor Sign Support into the Floor Sign Plate, and then insert it into the Sliding Track A, as shown below. Insert the Track Splitter into Sliding Track B as shown. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm that the Track Splitter and the Track B are firmly connected.
- Assemble and attach the remaining components following the steps below:
- Attach the Spinning Plate to the Main Support, as shown below. Attach the Exit Gate Roof to the Exit Gate Support, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Exit Gate Support, Exit Gate Handrail, Fuel Stop, and Road Sign to the Ground Floor Base, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

- Attach the Spinning Plate to the Main Support, as shown below. Attach the Exit Gate Roof to the Exit Gate Support, as shown below. Make sure you hear a click sound to confirm they are firmly connected.
Once you’ve completed the above steps, you are ready to play! You can also connect the play set to other Toot-Toot Drivers® play sets (each sold separately).

PRODUCT FEATURES
- On/Off Switch
To turn the unit on, slide the On/ Off Switch to the On (
) position. To turn the unit off, slide the On/Off Switch to the Off (
) position. 
- Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the Toot-Toot Drivers Stock Car will automatically power down after approximately 60 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing the light-up button, pushing the car quickly, opening the bonnet triggering a SmartPointTM location.
Note: This product is in Try-Me mode in the packaging. After opening the package, turn the vehicle off and on again to proceed with normal play. If the unit repeatedly powers down while playing, please install a new set of batteries.
ACTIVITIES
Stock Car
- Slide the On/Off Switch to turn the Stock Car On. You will hear a song, fun phrases, and sounds. The light will flash with the sounds.

- Press the Light Up Button to hear fun sounds, songs, phrases, and melodies. The light will flash with the sounds.

- Open the Stock Car’s Bonnet to hear fun sounds. The light will flash with the sounds.

- Push the Stock Car to hear fun sounds. If a melody is already playing, push the Stock Car to add fun sounds on top of the melody. The light will flash with the sounds.

- For added fun, the Stock Car interacts with the Toot-Toot Drivers® Fix and Fuel Garage. Simply put the Stock Car on one of the play set’s six SmartPointTM locations to hear fun sounds, musicphrasesea,, nd see the light flash. The Stock Car also interacts with the other Toot-Toot Drivers® play sets (each play set sold separately).

Fix and Fuel Garage
- Place the Stock Car or any SmartPointTM vehicle (each sold separately) on any of the play set’s six SmartPointTM locations to hear fun sounds, music, and phrases.

- Place the Stock Car on the Tuning Station, and then press the button to get the Stock Car race ready.

- Place the Stock Car on the Repair Lift, and then press the button to raise the lift to give the Stock Car a tune-up.

- Place the Stock Car in the Car Wash, and then push the handle to spin the roller to clean the Stock Car.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces, a do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING,,
If,, for some reason, the program/activity stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Please turn the unit off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit on. The unit should now be ready to play with again.
- If the product still does not work, install a brand new set of batteries.

How do I assemble the Toot-Toot Garage Playset?
Insert the Gate Arm into the Gate Base, attach the Gate to the Base, and connect the Platform Track to the Ramp Track Support. Once complete, it’s ready to play. You can also connect it to other Toot-Toot Drivers sets (sold separately).
Do Toot-Toot Drivers vehicles move by themselves?
Cars need to be pushed manually, but they respond with lights and sounds when crossing SmartPoints. Some trains move automatically on the track.
How do Toot-Toot Drivers vehicles work?
Vehicles interact with SmartPoint tracks. Rolling a vehicle over a SmartPoint triggers lights, sounds, greetings, tunes, and songs. Tracks are sold separately.
Where do I insert batteries in the garage or vehicles?
Locate the battery covers on the back of the garage and bottom of vehicles. Use a screwdriver to open the compartments and insert the required batteries (AA or AAA) following the diagram inside.
What types of batteries do Toot-Toot vehicles use?
Most cars use 2 AAA batteries, while larger playset units like the garage may require 2 AA batteries. Always follow the battery diagram inside each compartment.
Can I expand the playset with other tracks?
Absolutely. Toot-Toot Drivers are modular. Add more tracks and accessories to extend the play area and increase fun.
Do Toot-Toot vehicles sing songs or make sounds?
Yes. Press the light-up face button on the vehicle to hear sing-along songs, fun phrases, and melodies. Each vehicle has its unique sounds.
What age is the Toot-Toot Drivers Playset suitable for?
Designed for children aged 12 months to 5 years. It’s safe, interactive, and encourages early learning through play.
