Please connect the charging cord to your USB plug (such as a direct USB outlet, the mobile phone’s USB plug, or the computer’s USB, etc.). When it is needed, please charge the sensor for 4 hours with the USB charging cord as below:
Operation Instructions
Step 1: Plug the receiver into the socket and turn the switch to “on.”
(A ringtone prompt will be given out, and the indicator lights will be lit up one by one 3 times, indicating that the receiver works properly.)
Step 2: Turn on the wireless motion sensor: Press the ON/OFF button 4 times
(Beeping prompt indicates that the operation is normal)
Step 3: Activate the wireless motion sensor. (Wait for about 30 seconds after the sensor is turned on.) 1st method: Press the ON/OFF button twice
(The indicator of the ON/OFF button will flash once, indicating that the motion sensor has been activated and has sent the wireless signal) ON/OFF (Press twice)
2nd method: walk past the sensor to activate it
(The indicator of the ON/OFF button will flash once, indicating that the motion sensor has been activated and has sent the wireless signal; then the motion sensor will be automatically reset a few seconds later, ready for the next trigger)
Step 4: Press “Tone” once to choose the tone for this sensor. There are 35 tones to choose from.
Step 5: Set up in the same way if you have the additional sensors.
Or refer to Part 3 of the manual for other settings.
Step 6: Installation.
Wireless Motion Sensor
Installation Notes:
Please fix the sensor tightly to ensure that the position and direction will not be moved by the wind.
Point the sensor towards an open field (not towards the trees or bushes).
Adjust the sensor a little downwards(never upwards).
The working principle of the sensor is to detect moving objects with heat. Please point the sensor eye towards the engine or exhaust pipe in case of detecting vehicles.
Other Settings
How to add additional sensors to the receiver (up to 4 sensors can be added to one or more receivers).
Step 1: Plug the receiver into the socket and turn the switch to “on”.
Step 2: Hold the “Volume” button for 5 seconds, and release the
button when one of the indicator lights flashes and there is a beeping prompting sound.
Step 3: Activate the sensor.
Attention: Please put the sensor close to the plug-in receiver in the course of programming(within 3FT).
Step 4: Activate the sensor again to confirm that the sensor has been added to the receiver already.
Step 5: Press the “Tone” button to select a tone for this sensor. There are 35 tones to choose from.
Step 6: Add more sensors to the plug-in receiver with the same steps (e.g., add the 2nd sensor to the receiver) –Hold the “Volume” button for 5 seconds –release the button when the second indicator flashes slowly (First indicator has been lighted up, indicating that one sensor has been added to receiver already.) –activate the 2nd sensor (2nd indicator flashes quickly and a ringtone prompt is given out, indicating that the 2nd sensor has been added to the receiver.)
How to delete the sensors of the receiver
Step 1: Power on the receiver.
Step 2: Press and hold both the “Volume” button and the “Tone” button for 10 seconds and release the buttons when you hear a long beep prompt.
How to adjust the volume
Step 1: Power on the receiver.
Step 2: Press the “Volume” button to adjust the volume of the receiver. (5 volume levels are adjustable, including mute mode, sound only, light flashing).
How to change the tone for the sensors
(35 tones are for choice, and you can match different tones for
different sensors.)
Step 1: Power on the receiver.
Step 2: Activate the sensor first, and then press the “Tone” button to
Choose the Tone for this sensor. Repeat the steps for other sensors that have been added to the receiver already.
How to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor
The sensor has 3 levels of sensitivity adjustable (Low, Mediumand High)
Step 1: Turn off the sensor first. Press the ON/OFF button 3 times to turn off the sensor (a long beeping prompt will be given out)
Step 2
- To select Low sensitivity, turn on the sensor by pressing the ON/OFF button 3 times.
- To select Medium sensitivity, turn on the sensor by pressing the ON/OFF button 4 times.
- To select High sensitivity, turn on the sensor by pressing the ON/OFF button 5 times.

HTZSAFE HB-807A HB-T504 Wireless Driveway Alarm System-FAQs
How does a wireless alarm system work?
Wireless alarm systems use sensors placed around doors, windows, or driveways. These sensors detect movement or disturbances and send a signal to a receiver/control panel. If triggered, the system alerts you instantly, often through sound, light, or mobile notifications.
How does a driveway alarm work?
A driveway alarm uses motion sensors (such as PIR or electromagnetic sensors) to detect vehicles or people entering the driveway. Once triggered, the sensor sends a signal to the indoor receiver, which alerts you with a chime or alarm.
How far can the HTZSAFE wireless driveway alarm work?
The HTZSAFE HB-807A HB-T504 has a working range of up to 1/4 mile (400 meters) between the sensor and receiver in open space, making it suitable for long driveways and large properties.
Where should a driveway alarm be placed?
For best results, mount the sensor about 3–4 feet above the ground on a wall, fence, or post. Avoid placing it too low (may detect small animals) or too high (may miss vehicles or people).
What types of driveway alarms are there?
PIR Sensors – detect heat and motion (ideal for people & vehicles).
Electromagnetic Sensors – detect large metal objects (best for cars & trucks).
Infrared Beam Sensors – use a transmitter and receiver to detect when the beam is interrupted.
Can a driveway alarm detect people as well as vehicles?
Yes. PIR-based systems like the HTZSAFE model detect both people and cars, making them versatile for home security.
Does the alarm system work without Wi-Fi?
Yes. The HTZSAFE system uses radio signals between the sensor and receiver. Wi-Fi is not required for it to function.
Does the alarm work during a power outage?
Yes. The outdoor sensors are battery-powered, and the indoor receiver can be connected to AC power or backup batteries (depending on model).
How long do the batteries last?
Sensor batteries typically last 1–2 years, depending on activity levels and weather conditions. The system will notify you when battery power is low.
