Charging and Activation
To charge the device for the first time, place the charger’s positive and negative terminals on the watch correctly, and connect the other end of the charger to a USB connector or a USB port on a computer.
Connect with the Watch
In the Settings > “About” option, the MAC address will be displayed. You can identify your device by the MAC address in the list of devices. After the watch is successfully bound, it will be automatically connected to the phone each time you open the app in the future. You can then sync your data by accessing the client data page.

Basic Functions
Heart Rate (HR)
The watch can record and display your Heart Rate for 24 hours a day. You can tap the Heart Rate screen to measure your current Heart Rate. For analysis and data records of For more details, please check the client app.
Blood Pressure (BP)
You can tap the Blood Pressure screen to measure your current Blood Pressure. For analysis and data records with more details, please check on the client app.
SpO2
You can tap the SpO2 screen to measure your current SpO2. For analysis and data records with more details, please check on the client app.
Sports Modes
Display 20+ modes of exercise. When you start the exercise, the watch will synchronize the time to display the corresponding data, such as heart rate, calories, and so on.You can also pause or stop the exercise.
If you’ve been wearing the watch while you sleep, it can provide sleep time and sleep status, as well as show sleep quality on the watch screen and on the app. Note: The watch needs time to judge the state of falling asleep and getting up, such as sitting on the sofa for a long time, reading a book by the bed, and other small actions. The watch can be considered a sleep aid.
Weather
The weather page will display the current weather and air quality information, as well as the weather conditions for the next day. The weather data can be obtained only when the watch is connected to the app. If the watch is disconnected for a long time, the weather
Information will not be updated.

Can I leave my smartwatch charging overnight?
It’s generally safe, but unplugging after a full charge is recommended to prolong battery life.
How do I wear a smartwatch properly?
Wear it snugly above your wrist bone, not too tight, to allow sensors to track heart rate and activity accurately.
Can I use my smartwatch without a SIM card?
Yes. Without a SIM, it still works with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi for calls, notifications, apps, and fitness tracking (when connected to your phone).
How far can my smartwatch be from my phone and stay connected?
Bluetooth works up to 10 meters (30 feet), depending on walls and interference.
What happens if I factory reset my smartwatch?
All personal data, apps, and settings are erased. The watch will return to its original setup mode.
What should I do if I forgot my smartwatch password?
Enter the wrong passcode several times until a Factory Reset option appears. This will reset your watch but erase all stored data.
