Product Instruction

Wall Outlet H2 EU is a smart wall outlet product based on the Zigbee protocol. The maximum Work current reaches 16A, and it can realize remote control, timing control, power metering, equipment group control, and other socket intelligent functions. At the same time, it also supports access to platforms such as Apple Home, Google, Alexa, Yandex, and IFTTT.

Installation introduction

Pre-installation instructions:

• Please disconnect the main power switch at home before installation
• Please prepare a Phillips screwdriver before installation
• Please ensure that the depth of the socket box where the socket is installed is at least 50mm

Installation steps:

1. Remove the other sockets used first and mark the Live wire, Null wire, and Ground wire in the wires in advance.
2. Open the socket package and take out the socket H2 and screw accessories in the package.
3. Use a cross screwdriver to loosen the screw in the center of the socket H2, and remove the decorative cover, the middle frame of the socket H2, respectively.
4. Connect the Live wire, Ground wire, and Null wire to the L, N power interface on socket H2 in sequence, and tighten the fastening screws of the power interface.
5. Use the screw accessories in the package to fix the socket to the screw hole post on the box.
6. Install the middle frame and decorative cover in sequence, and fix the above components with screws to complete the installation.

Preparation Before Use

1. An Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub is required (The distance between this product and your hub should be within 30 m).

Device Binding & Initialization

1. Download the Aqara Home app.
   Search for “Aqara Home” in the Apple App Store, Google Play, Xiaomi GetApps, Huawei App Gallery, or scan the following QR code to download the Aqara Home app:
2. Add the product to the Aqara Home appPlease open the Aqara Home app, tap “Home”, and then tap “+” in the top right corner to enter the “Add Device (Accessory)” page. Select “Wall Outlet H2 EU” and the hub to be connected to, and add it according to instructions in the Aqara Home app. Alternatively, after resetting the device, click on the Wall Outlet H2 EU device pop-up on the Aqara Home app and follow the app prompts to bind and add it. Press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds, and wait for the device indicator light to turn blue and flash.
