- Do not use this appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- The appliance is only to be operated in a closed.
POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
ELECTRICAL CORD
- a) A short power-supply cord (or detachable power-supply cord) is to be provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
- b) Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
- c) If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used,
- The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
- If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord, and
- The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.
Note: If the power supply cord is damaged, it should be replaced by qualified personnel; in Latin America, by an authorized service center.

How to Use
This product is for household use only.
- Before using the grill for the first time, wipe the grill plates with a damp cloth to remove all dust.
- To preheat: Close the lid and plug cord into outlet. Allow grill to preheat for 5-8 minutes.
- Slide the grease-catching drip tray under the front of the unit.
- Carefully place the items to be cooked on the bottom grill plate.
- Close the lid and allow the food to cook for the desired time.
- After the desired amount of time, the food should be done.
- Disconnect the plug from the wall outlet.
- Use a pot holder to carefully open the lid.
- Remove the food using the plastic spatula provided. Be sure to always use either plastic or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface. Never use metal tongs, forks, or knives as these can damage the coating on the cooking plates.
- When cool, the drip tray may be removed and emptied. Be sure the liquid is cooled before removing drip tray.
Care and Cleaning
Caution: To avoid accidental burns, allow your grill to cool thoroughly before cleaning.
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
- Empty the drip tray and clean with warm, soapy water. Wipe dry.
- Wipe outside of unit with a warm, wet sponge. Dry with soft, dry cloth.
- DO NOT use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on any part of the grill.
- DO NOT immerse in water or any other liquid.
- Make sure to hold the lid open by hand while cleaning to prevent accidental closing and injury.
- Any servicing requiring disassembly other than the above cleaning must be performed by qualified service personnel.

Do I need to flip food while cooking?
No. The grill cooks from the top and bottom at the same time, so flipping isn’t necessary.
How long does it take to cook food?
Cooking times depend on the type and thickness of the food:
Burgers: 4–6 minutes
Hot dogs: 4–5 minutes
Steak: 4–8 minutes
Vegetables: 5–7 minutes
Chicken breasts: 6–9 minutes
What temperature does the George Foreman Grill reach?
This model has a fixed temperature, heating up to around 375°F–425°F, ideal for grilling most foods.
Can I cook frozen food on the George Foreman Grill?
Yes, but cooking time will be slightly longer. Add 1–2 minutes for frozen burgers or meats.
Can I cook eggs on the grill?
Yes. Lightly brush the plates with oil and crack eggs directly on the surface, or scramble them in a heatproof dish placed on the grill.
Can I use foil or parchment paper?
Yes. Parchment paper or aluminum foil can be used to make cleanup easier, but always ensure it doesn’t block the drip tray.
What’s the green light for?
The green indicator light means the grill has preheated and is ready to cook.
