IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Use the appliance only for its intended use.
- To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the steamer/iron in water or other liquids.
- Always turn the steamer/iron to OFF
before plugging or unplugging from the electrical outlet. Never pull on the cord to disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet; instead, grasp the plug and pull it to disconnect the appliance. - Do not let the cord touch hot surfaces. Let the steamer/iron cool completely before putting the steamer/iron away. Coil the cord loosely around the steamer/iron when storing.
- Always disconnect the steamer/iron from the electrical outlet before filling the water reservoir with water, emptying the water from the water reservoir, and when the steamer/iron is not in use.
- Do not operate the steamer/iron with a damaged cord or in the event the steamer/iron has been dropped or damaged, or there are visible signs of damage, or it is leaking. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the steamer/iron. Supply cord replacement and repairs must be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard. Contact Customer Service for information on examination, repair, or adjustment as outlined in the Limited Warranty.
- The steamer/iron must be used and rested on a stable surface.
- Do not leave the steamer/iron unattended while it is connected to an electrical outlet.
- Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam. Use caution when you turn the steamer/iron upside down—there might be hot water in the reservoir. Always unplug the steamer/iron and allow it to cool before attaching the fabric cover for delicates.
- To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate the steamer/iron on the same circuit with another high-wattage appliance.
- If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with an ampere rating equal to or greater than the maximum rating of the steamer/iron shall be used. A cord rated for less amperage can result in a risk of fire or electric shock due to overheating. Care shall be taken to arrange the cord so that it cannot be pulled or tripped over.
- Always lock the water reservoir cap in position before operating the appliance.
- To reduce the risk of contact with hot water emitted from steam vents, check the appliance before each use by holding it away from your body and operating the steam button.

Hamilton Beach 11561 Rose 3-in-1 Steamer-FAQs
What makes the Hamilton Beach 11561 Rose 3-in-1 steamer different from standard handheld steamers?
The Hamilton Beach 11561 stands out because it combines a garment steamer, steam iron, and dry iron in one appliance. Its 3-in-1 design offers more versatility than basic handheld steamers, making it useful for wrinkle removal, pressing garments, and caring for delicate fabrics.
How fast does the Hamilton Beach 11561 heat up?
This garment steamer heats up in about 45 seconds, which makes it practical for quick clothing touch-ups and busy routines. Its fast heat-up time helps users start steaming almost immediately, making it convenient for everyday garment care and last-minute wrinkle removal.
Can the Hamilton Beach 11561 be used as both an iron and a steamer?
Yes, this model is designed for vertical steaming, traditional steam ironing, and dry ironing. That flexibility makes it suitable for hanging garments, crisp collars, stubborn wrinkles, and delicate fabrics, giving users multiple fabric-care options without needing separate appliances.
How long does the Hamilton Beach 11561 provide continuous steam?
With its 300 ml removable water tank, the Hamilton Beach 11561 offers up to 27 minutes of continuous steaming. That runtime is enough for multiple garments in one session, making it useful for larger steaming tasks without frequent interruptions for refilling.
Is the Hamilton Beach 11561 suitable for delicate fabrics?
Yes, it includes settings for delicate fabrics and comes with a detachable fabric cover for gentler steaming. This makes it suitable for materials like silk, synthetics, and lightweight garments, while still offering stronger steam options for heavier fabrics when needed.
Does the Hamilton Beach 11561 work well for stubborn wrinkles?
The extra-large heated faceplate and adjustable steam modes help tackle stubborn wrinkles more effectively than many basic handheld steamers. It can both relax wrinkles through steam and press fabrics like an iron, which improves results on thicker garments and hard-to-remove creases.
Is the Hamilton Beach 11561 good for home and travel use?
It can work for both, though it is better suited for home use than ultra-compact travel steamers. Its ergonomic design and portability help with occasional travel, while its larger water tank and longer cord make it especially practical for regular home garment care.

This model includes an automatic shut-off feature that activates after 30 minutes, adding peace of mind during use. It also stands upright when paused, which improves convenience and safety while steaming multiple garments or taking short breaks between tasks.
