CHARGING THE RECEIVER BATTERY
The internal battery must be fully charged before the first use of the wireless receiver. To charge, use the included USB charging cable:
- Insert the smaller micro-USB end of the cable into the CHARGE INPUT on the receiver unit.
- Insert the larger USB end of the cable into the USB port of a computer OR into a compatible USB DC 5V wall charger (not included) to charge through a standard wall outlet. The indicator lights up red during charging and will turn blue when charging is complete. Unplug from the power source when charging is complete.
NOTE: Low receiver power and/or low audio device power may cause poor operation and/or no Bluetooth connection. Pacharas as descried abova.”
BLUETOOTH WIRELESS RECEIVER OPERATION
- Make sure the battery is charged as explained above.
- Insert one end of the included 3.5 mm connector plug into the audio output jack on the receiver unit. Then, plug the other end into the 3.5 mm audio input/auxiliary/line-in jack of your car stereo system.
- Turn on your car stereo system and be sure it is set to the audio input/auxiliary/line-in mode.
- Press and hold the POWER BUTTON for several seconds until the indicator light flashes blue and red – this means the Bluetooth function is active and ready to connect to your smartphone/Bluetooth audio device.
- Activate the Bluetooth function on your audio device – it should automatically recognize the receiver unit and allow you to select it using the name “World”. It required the password “0000” to complete the wireless connection. When the receiver is connected, the indicator light will flash blue, and you are now set to enjoy wireless audio from within a 3311 range of the audio device.
- To disconnect and shut off the receiver unit, press and hold the POWER BUTTON for several seconds until the indicator light goes out.
NOTE: If there is no connection or recognition of the receiver unit on your device and the red/blue indicator Lights have stopped flashing, shut off the receiver unit and then restart from step 4 to try again.
