Instructions Before Use
- Please carefully open the packaging box and keep all the packaging materials.
- Take out the mug warmer and carefully inspect the product for completeness by referring to the user manual to ensure that all accessories are included.
- Please use a clean soft cloth to wipe and clean the mug warmer before the first use.
- Please note that the heating temperature is affected by the environment and the thickness of the cup; use mugs with thin walls and flat bottoms to get the best warming performance. Single-layer glass cups and metal cups are recommended.

Instructions for Use
- Place the warmer on a flat surface, and plug in the power cord. Press the power button to turn it on. After turning on, the digital display will show the default temperature 55°C and the default warm-keeping time (4H).
1.1 Temperature Control:
Temperature settings: 40°C / 55°C / 65°C / 80°C.
Press the temp control button to select your desired temperature. It cycles through the temperature settings listed above in sequence, and once you stop pressing the button, the current temperature is selected.
1.2 Time Setting:
Time range: 1H-12H.
Press the time setting button to choose the desired time. By default, it is set to 4 hours. Each press increases the time by 1 hour, cycling through in sequence. Once you stop pressing the button, the current time is selected, and then the LED display will show the temperature again. When the warmer reaches the set time, it will automatically shut off to ensure safety.
1.3 Scheduled Power On:
Scheduled time range: 1-12H.
Plug in the power cord and press the time setting button while the device is off to set the scheduled power-on time. The selected time will flash continuously to indicate that the warmer has entered the scheduling mode. Once the scheduled time is reached, the warmer will automatically power on and start heating. In the scheduling mode, the default heating temperature level is 55°C and the default heating time is 4H.
- Place a non-double-layer and flat-bottomed cup containing beverages in the center of the heating panel, set the desired temperature and heating time to start keeping warm or heating.
- Once the warmer is powered on, the heating panel will start working immediately. If the beverage temperature in the cup is higher than the set temperature, once the beverage temperature naturally cools down to the set temperature, the beverage will be kept warm at that temperature. If the beverage temperature in the cup is lower than the set temperature, the beverage will be heated to the set temperature and will be kept warm at that temperature.
- Power Off: Press the power button, and the LED display screen will shut off.
- The warmer will automatically start heating after being turned on. If no specific time is set, it will automatically shut off after 4 hours by default.

Warnings
- The center of the mug warmer is the heating area; the surface temperature is high during operation, and it may still retain heat after use.
- Using a non-flat-bottomed or double-layered cup will affect the heating and keep-warm effect, resulting in not reaching the set temperature. It is recommended to use a flat-bottomed and non-double-layered cup for optimal effect.
- Using flat-bottomed metal cups or glass cups gives better heating and warming performance. If ceramic cups or plastic cups are used, the heating time and temperature may not reach the expected result.
- Before cleaning, please disconnect the power and allow it to cool down. This product should not be exposed to water or cleaned in water. It is recommended to wipe it with a damp cloth.
- Please unplug the power cord or turn it off during cleaning or when not in use.
- Keep the product out of reach of children to avoid burns from high temperatures.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional technician to avoid potential hazards. In case of any malfunction, immediately disconnect the power and stop using the product. Please do not attempt to repair it yourself for your own safety.
