CHARGING THE POWERBANK
Use the included 12V or AC power adapter to charge the unit. LED lights flash when charging. Device is fully charged when all LED lights are solid BLUE.
JUMP STARTING VEHICLE
IMPORTANT: Before jump-starting the vehicle, the battery level of the PBJ700 needs to be 75% or more. Refer to the battery level chart.
- Connect jumper cables to the Powerbank (A).
- Connect the RED clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal first (B), then connect the BLACK clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal (C).
- Before jump starting, check the jumpstart-ready indicator light located next to the “Boost” button. Note: The Green indicator light on the power bank indicates it is ready to jump start. DO NOT PROCEED unless light is Green. Refer to chart below.
- Start the vehicle (D). Note: Rest for 10 sec. between each starting attempt.
- Once the vehicle is started, remove jumper cables from battery starting with the BLACK clamp first El then the RED clamp (F). Finally, disconnect the jumper cable from the power bank (G).
BOOST BUTTON
Note: A discharged car battery (Low Voltage) will trigger the PBJ700’s Low Voltage Protection.
- Connect the RED Clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal first, then connect the BLACK Clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal. Note: Make sure polarities are not crossed or clamps are not connected to the same piece of metal.
- Press and hold the Boost button for 3 seconds.
- The jump start ready indicator light will turn Green.
- Once the vehicle is jump-started, remove jumper cables from the battery, starting with the Black clamp firstand then the Red clamp.
JUMP STARTING WARNINGS
- Do not touch the Red & Black clamps together or connect them to the same piece of metal.
- Do not use the jump start cable for any other purpose other than jump starting the vehicle.
- Always confirm that jumper clamps are well connected and polarities are not crossed.
- Keep clear of the battery when jump-starting the vehicle.
- Use in well-ventilated areas.
- Make sure the vehicle’s ignition is off before making cable connections.
USING USB BACKUP BATTERY & FLASHLIGHT
BATTERY
Tap the power button (A) to turn on the USB ports (B) and charge the mobile device.
FLASHLIGHT
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the flashlight (C).
- Tap once for a fast strobe.
- Tap a second time for a slow strobe.
- Tap a third time to turn it off.

- Always handle the product with care.
- Do not use as toy and keep away from children.
- Do not throw or apply physical shock to the battery.
- Use a suitable AC or DC adapter to charge the product.
- If the product appears abnormal in shape, immediately stop usage and disconnect all devices.
- Do not allow the product to become wet.
- Do not modify or disassemble the PBJ700.
- Charge only at ambient temperatures between 0°C and 60°C.
- Do not expose the product to heat.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Scosche Industries Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from purchase. This Scosche product is sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of this product. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the pl’OOuct only. This warranty does not cover the product if physically damaged, subject to negligence or misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, or an act of GOO. This warranty does not apply to products which has been water or physically damaged by accident or which have been misused, disassembled, or altered.
The original dated sales slip or proof of purchase will establish warranty eligibility. If the product should prove defective within the warranty period, return the product with proof of purchase to Scosche Industries Inc. Scosche, at its option, will replace or repair the product free of charge and return the product postage paid.
In no event shall Scosche Industries, lnc. be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product or in any way be liable or responsible for consequential or Incidental damages. No empress warranties and no Implied warranties, whether for fitness or any particular use or otherwise, except as set forth above (which is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties) shall apply to products sold by Scosche. Scosche Industries cannot be held responsible for discrepancies/inconsistencies that may occur due to automotive manufacturing changes or options.
