Tighten or loosen the Velcro straps on the sides of the headband to achieve the desired fit.

SYSTEM SETTING: WINDOWSSteelSeries Arctis 5 RGB Gaming Headset-8

  1. Go to Sound Settings
  2. Under ‘Playback’ highlight Arctis 5 Game Audio and select ‘Set Default’
  3. Under ’Recording’ highlight Arctis 5 Chat and select ‘Set Default’
  4. In your VoIP (chat) application, select Arctis 5 Chat Audio as the default audio device

SYSTEM SETTING: MACSteelSeries Arctis 5 RGB Gaming Headset-9

  1. Go to System Preferences > Sound
  2. Under ‘Output’ select Arctis 5 Game Audio
  3. Under ‘Input’ select Arctis 5 Chat
  4. In your VoIP (chat) application, select Arctis 5 Chat Audio as the default audio device.
