WARNING

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury:

  • Do not use on wet surfaces. Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
  • Do not allow it to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children, pets or plants.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only the manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Do not use with a damaged cord or plug. If the appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service centre.
  • Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run the appliance over the cord. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
  • Do not handle the Power Supply, including the Power Supply plug and the Power Supply terminals, with wet hands.
  • Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce air flow.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
  • Use extra care when cleaning the stairs.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
  • Do not use without a ust bag.
  • Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energising an appliance that has the switch on invites accidents.
  • Recharge only with the Power Supply specified by the manufacturer. A Power Supply that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
  • Use appliances only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
  • When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
  • Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts the eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
  • Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
  • Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C may cause an explosion.
  • Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
  • Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
  • Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
  • Always turn off this appliance before connecting or disconnecting the motorised nozzle.

Using the vacuum

  1. When using the Carpet brush or motorised mini-brush on the vacuum cleaner, the surfaces of some fabrics may pill or be difficult to vacuum. If this occurs, it is recommended that you use the dusting brush or crevice tool to vacuum these surfaces.
  2. Before vacuuming shiny floors such as parquet or tiles, ensure there is no hard debris trapped in the Carpet Brush to avoid scratches.
  3. Before using the vacuum, ensure that the Dustbin, Multi-Cyclone Assembly, and filters have been properly installed.
  4. Do not block the exhaust outlet when vacuuming.
  5. This vacuum is designed for domestic use. Flour and other fine dust should only be vacuumed in small amounts.
  6. To avoid damage to the vacuum or the floor, do not use the vacuum to clean up hard or sharp objects such as toys and nails.
  7. Be aware of your environment as you vacuum, especially around stairs and windows.
  8. To avoid accidental fall damage, avoid placing the vacuum on raised surfaces such as desks and shelves, or leaning it against other objects.
  9. The rotation of the Carpet Brush may leave an unevenly polished floor. This can be resolved by wiping with a damp cloth or polishing with floor wax.

Auto Shutoff

  1. If any rotating parts get jammed, the vacuum will shut off automatically. Clear the jam to continue vacuuming.
  2. If the motor gets too hot, the vacuum will automatically shut off. Wait until the temperature returns to normal before continuing.

Roborock H6 Handheld Cordless Vacuum Cleaner- FAQs

What are the main advantages of the Roborock H6 handheld vacuum?

The Roborock H6 offers strong suction power, a lightweight cordless design, and long battery life, making it ideal for quick and deep cleaning. Its multi-layer filtration system captures fine dust and allergens effectively. The vacuum also includes multiple attachments for cleaning floors, furniture, and tight spaces, making it a versatile choice for everyday household cleaning tasks.

Are there any disadvantages of the Roborock H6?

While the Roborock H6 performs well overall, some users may find its dustbin capacity slightly small for large cleaning sessions. On maximum power mode, battery life reduces significantly. It may also not match the deep-cleaning performance of bulky corded vacuums on thick carpets, but it still delivers solid results for most home cleaning needs.

What are common issues users face with Roborock vacuums?

Common issues include reduced suction due to clogged filters, unusual noise from debris in the brush, or battery performance declining over time. These problems are usually easy to fix with regular maintenance, such as cleaning filters, emptying the dustbin, and checking for blockages in the brush or airflow system.

How long does the battery of the Roborock H6 last?

The Roborock H6 can run for up to around 90 minutes on eco mode, making it suitable for extended cleaning sessions. However, when using higher suction modes, the runtime drops significantly. Battery performance also depends on usage habits and maintenance, so keeping the battery charged properly can help extend its lifespan.

Is the Roborock H6 suitable for pet hair cleaning?

Yes, the Roborock H6 is effective for removing pet hair from floors, carpets, and furniture. Its powerful suction and specialized brush attachments help lift hair without excessive tangling. Regular cleaning of the brush roll is recommended to maintain optimal performance, especially in homes with heavy pet shedding.

Does the Roborock H6 require regular maintenance?

Yes, regular maintenance is important to keep the vacuum working efficiently. Users should clean or replace filters, empty the dustbin frequently, and check for debris in the brush and airflow system. Proper maintenance helps maintain suction power, extend the vacuum’s lifespan, and ensure consistent cleaning performance.

Is the Roborock H6 noisy during operation?

The Roborock H6 operates relatively quietly compared to many traditional vacuums, especially on lower power settings. However, noise levels increase when using maximum suction mode. Any unusual or excessive noise may indicate dust buildup, debris in the brush, or parts that need cleaning or adjustment.

What surfaces can the Roborock H6 clean effectively?

The Roborock H6 works well on a variety of surfaces, including hardwood floors, tiles, carpets, upholstery, and even car interiors. Its interchangeable attachments make it easy to switch between surfaces. While it performs best on hard floors and low-pile carpets, it still handles medium carpets reasonably well.

How long does a Roborock vacuum typically last?

With proper care and maintenance, Roborock vacuums like the H6 can last around 4–6 years. Battery health, usage frequency, and cleaning habits all affect longevity. Regular servicing, such as replacing filters and keeping components clean, can significantly extend the lifespan of the vacuum.
